Lounge with TV, DVD player, 1 x 3 seater sofa and an armchair. Dining room table with 5 chairs. A charge of 10 euros per week is made foruse of the safe with a 20 euro refunable deposit upon return of the key.
Further details
We require 30% of the total booking as a deposit with the remaining amount paid in pounds sterling 2 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakages deposit of £50 is required with final payment, it will be refunded in full within 2 weeks of your department (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
