The Villa has only just been finished and has been built to a very high standard. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 double and 2 twin with three bathrooms 2 of which are En Suite with large walk in showers. Fully fitted modern kitchen, Utility, Lounge/Dining area and cloakroom. The Villa has a large glass roof window over the stair well which makes the downstairs open plan living area very light.
It has been furnished to a high standard in a simple. fresh neutral style with, beech furniture and Cream leather downstairs., and simple matching solid pine upstairs. The Villa has all you require for a relaxing holiday with DVD, TV with SKY and music system.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca is one of the most beautiful Islands in Europe with lots of lovely beaches. There is plenty to do from visiting Museums, vineyards and markets to spending an afternoon in one of the Islands water parks. There are many Golf courses, one of which is only a short drive from the VIlla. For those a little more energetic there is walking, Cycling, swimming, climbing and diving. Sailing and fishing trips can be arranged locally as well.
The Island is very green with temperatures of around 30c in high season.
Cala Murada area
Cala Murada is a small village with a supermarket, restaurants, bars and banks. All that is required is within walking distance.
There is a costal walk from Cala Murada which will take you across to Callas De Mallorca or even further if you can make it!
Porto Colom is the closest with a few very nice restaurants and bars. The Marina in Cal D'or is a perfect place to wonder looking at the boats and eating in one of the fine restaurants around the Port. A five minute drive will take you to the Caves of Drach in Porto Cristo.
How to get there
Most budget airlines fly to Mallorca, the flight from the UK is usually around 2 hours and there is a 50 minute drive to the Cala Murada.

Linen changed weekly and there are plenty of towels for you to launder in the washing machine provided if you require.
Conditions
A deposit of 25% of the total cost will be required to secure booking with the balance payable 8 weeks in advance. A refundable deposit of £250 is required at time of balance which will be returned within seven days of your return should there be no damage/accidents to the Villa.
