This private villa is set on top of a hill with fantastic views towards Sant Salvador , it is south facing with a private pool of 7mx3m.There are 4 double bedrooms with 3 en suite bathrooms , one has a shower. The lounge itself has a corner sofa and a black leather reclining chair.The full english sky plus tv and dvd and video player and stereo will give the entertainment inside the villa. The kitchen comes with built in oven and microwave (stainless) also ceramic hob and built in dishwasher. The utility has a washing machine and separate tumble dryer and a Smeg fride freezer. The villa has been furnished with natural coloured furniture and and has a relaxed feel.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Cala Murada is a typical Mallorcian village and is totally untouched, it lies in the middle of Cala D'or and Porto Cristo , these destinations can be reached within 10mins up or down the coast. There is a golf course on the way towards Cala D'or and if you want a more lively place then 5 mins to the nearest typical english holiday resort. Mallorca has 300 days of sunshine so the villa is perfect for relaxing in the long sunny days.
Cala Murada area
Cala Murada boasts several good restaurants , a couple of tennis courts and a fine beach, there are a couple of banks and supermarkets , also a laundrette and a hairdressers. The area is very green and totally unspoilt and is quite rare for a costal destination. Porto Colom next door to Cala Murada is a fishing village with many restaurants (1 is Michellin Starred) Cala D'or has many boats in the luxurious marina ideal for al fresco dining.
