Home description
A stunning villa in a quiet relaxing village where the locals are very friendly and welcome your family as if they were their own! The beach, which is very safe for children is only a 5 minute walk away and all other amenities are only a couple of minutes walk. There are some excellent restaurants in the village and only a short drive from the Villa. Details of the restaurants can be found in the Villa.
The Villa is well situated to access all the beautiful beaches and Villages on the East side of Mallorca.
A short drive will take you to many other beautiful safe bays or the famous " Caves of Drach" in Porto Cristo. Vall D'or golf course is only a 10 minute drive and the water park will only take 40 minutes to reach.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Cala Murada is a quiet resort between Porto Colom and Porto Cristo on the South East side of the Island. There are a small number of restaurants, a supermarket, a launderette and a couple of banks in the village.
Cales de Mallorca is the closest resort for nightlife, there are many bars and restaurants lots of which have live entertainment.
Cala Murada beach is safe for children and during the summer months there is a lifeguard looking out all of the time. The beach bar is great for snacks and cold beers or sangria. There is a coastal path leading over to the next bay which is called Domingos, again a very pretty safe beach. The costal path can be followed for quite a distance and makes a lovely early evening or morning walk.
The surrounding area is very green and quite flat which makes it perfect for cycling or walking holidays.
Cala Murada area
The Caves of Drach are only a 10 minute drive way and there are several "market" days other nearby villages.
How to get there
Many of the budget airlines fly directly to Palma, the journey from the Airport to the VIlla is very straightforward and only takes 50 minutes maximum.

Further details indoors: The villa is well equipped for a comfortable self catering holiday, there is a double SMEG oven which helps when you are cooking for a large group. There is also SKY TV in the property.
Further details outdoors: The pool terrace and surrounding area is mainly patio, there is an upstairs balcony with a hammock. and a downstairs shaded balcony with a table and chairs. There is also a table and chairs on the pool terrace along with sunloungers and BBQ.

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony. Not suitable for wheelchairs A 25% non refundable deposit is required in order to secure a booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. A further refundable deposit to cover breakages/damage will also be required, this will be returned after you have left the property and it has been checked.
