The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca, the largest of the Baleric Islands, measures 100km from east to west and has 555km of coast line, and 80 beaches.
For such a small island, the variations are extraordinary. You can spend one day lying on the beach, the next walking in the mountains. There are castles, caves and an amazing countryside to explore.
With temperatures around 29c in high season, it really represents an all round holiday destination.
Cala Murada area
Cala Murada is a small village nestled between its larger neighbours of Porto Colom and Porto Cristo. The village boosts a small number of restaurants, banks and supermarkets. Cala Murada is not a commercialised resort, it still retains a traditional spanish feel, although nightlife including discos and karoke can be found in a nearby resort. It neighbour, Calas de Mallorca has many bars and restauarants, which comes alive on evenings with discos and live music. Its other neighbour has quaint boutiques and harbourside restaurants.
Club de Golf Vall D'or (Felanitx) has an 18 hole course, which nestles in a spectacular landscape, with views over the sea (www.valldorgolf.com).
Beaches
Cala Murada beach is 110m long and 70m wide, it has fine sand. There is a resauarant, oper air bar, lifeguards, showers, hammocks and beach umbrellas.
Es Domingos Petit beach is 50m long and 120m wide, with fine white sands, it is located in Calas de Mallorca, and is about a 20 mins walk away.
Es Domingos Gran beach (located next to Es Domongos Petit beach) is the main beach of the tourist area, it has fine white sands, and has many services including restaurants and bars.
How to get there
Most budget airlines fly to Mallorca from most UK airports.
Flights from the UK to Palma airport are around 2 hours.
Transfer time to Cala Murada is approximately 45 mins.

Lounge and Dining Area The lounge is equipped with a TV, video and DVD Player, and CD system, and is located next to the dining area, which provides seating for 8 people. There is a selection of children and adults books, videos, CD's, DVD's, games and puzzles for your enjoyment. Leading to fully equipped kitchen and utility room.
Further details outdoors: Why not relax around the private swimming pool, with a glass of the local wine, if it gets too hot then either take a dip or find shade on the patio area. With plenty of garden furniture, including sun loungers and dining set, you will find little reason to venture back inside.
