It is a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy sitting room area with open fire leading to a well furnished terrace. Villa Maya has central heating, a DVD player and satellite TV. In the exterior area it's the private swimming pool 7x4 m and depth of between 0.90 m and 1.15 m. Also there is a nice garden with pines, palm tree's and lawn that surrounds the whole villa; there is a portable barbecue and a garage of 40m2.

Villa Maya is situated on the Bahia Da Arta. This resort offers a wonderful sweep of uncrowded sandy beach with crystal clear turquoise seas and a dramatic backdrop of mountain peaks.
The villa is very close to Golf Club de Son Servera, and it is one of the best known in the Island of Majorca. The golf club is situated on the east coast of the Island, it’s right on the seafront, on the Costa de los Pinos, it offers an attractive and quiet natural landscape, it is set in the most delightful and peaceful surroundings. It is a 9-hole par 72 course which was opened in 1967! This 9-hole course has well preserved fairways and fast greens totally surrounded by pine trees. The golf course of Son Servera is the first course that was developed in this region of the island of Mallorca and since then many players have enjoyed its nine holes. The Golf club has many members and a friendly social atmosphere. Other facilities are: caddy car, driving range, golf club, trolley hire, putting green, professional, golf shop, bar, restaurant, shower. Other nearby courses include Pula Golf, Golf de Capdepera and Canyamel Golf.
Cala Millor / Costa de los Pinos area
Even though it is in the quiet private area it is within easy reach of local amenities. There is a 4 star hotel nearby with health clubs and numerous other facilities (visitors are welcomed). There are also local village shops nearby and a tennis and windsurfing school! Lively night life is also close by (3 miles) in the local towns which are mentioned below, Taxis, buses or bikes are readily available. Costa De Los Pinos is just a few miles away from the local towns Cala Bona and Cala Millor.
