California Apartments is located in a quiet residential area, with easy access to all amenities including the long sandy beach with promenade perfect for walking, cycling or just browsing in the gift shops. With three 18 hole golf courses nearby, its a golfers haven.

The apartment benefits from its own private pool and sun terrace, ideal for families or couples alike. Air conditioned lounge area has a sofa bed (sleeps 2) with new fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, leading out to sunny balcony with panoramic views of Cala Millor. Twin bedroom, perfect for family fun and relaxation.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Attracting pirates in years gone by, the rugged east coast has many caves and coves, waiting to be discovered. The nearby famous Caves of Drach, is just one prime example.

With a Mediterranean climate ranging from hot summers of 30 degrees, to mild winters of approx. 18 degrees, its no wonder why the area is so popular by so many British tourists.

ATTRACTS:- families, couples, golfers, cyclists and long stays.

The Cala Millor area

Cala Millor not only has a magnificent beach, with gently sloping sand, but a grand promenade for cyclists and walkers. Getting around has never been such fun from horse drawn carts and the fun train which trundles to and from neighbouring resorts.

From horse riding, watersports, diving school and go karting for the more active, to bargain hunting at the local market and souvenir searching for those shoppers. With 3 golf courses nearby the area is a golfers haven.

There are plenty of fish restaurants some also serving international cuisine, British owned restaurants and the more local 'tapas' bars who will cater for the tourists at a fraction of the cost.

Why not try one of the nearby waterparks, or for an unforgettable night out Son Amar or Pirates Adventures.

JOURNEY TIME to resort approx. 1 hour. Public taxi costs around 90 euros each way. We can organise a private taxi transfer at only 50 euros each way (payable to driver). There is also a shuttle bus service which runs from the airport which will take you to the apartments which can be prebooked, this is a cost of 12 euros each way. “Relaxing holiday, great location” We had a fantastic holiday at the California, great location very central to all the shops, bar etc. but very peaceful, could not have choose a better area. Bar/restaurant downstairs second to none, and not at all noisy. We would sit on our balcony every morning for breakfast. We used the swimming pool almost every day, most of the time we had it all to ourselves. Private sunbeds were provided by the owners. Have already booked to visit again next year.. Thank you Melanie and Pepe for making our holiday so special.

“Nice Location shame about the bar” The apartment is in a nice residential area.Most of the apartments are holiday lets but a few are let to the Spanish. We found it to be very friendly. I would recommend this apartment to use as... more
