About the home
This is not just an ordinary basic holiday let apartment; this is our second home with all the little extra’s to make your holiday accommodation that little bit more special. For example enjoy Sky Digital TV on our new 32" LCD TV which includes ITV 1, 2 & 3 BBC 1 & 2, so you can keep up with all the soaps News and Sports while you are away. Their are our personal DVDs and Music CDs to enjoy at your leisure and our new ipod docking centre so you can listen to and enjoy your ipod music while re-charging your ipod. The apartment is not over looked by any big multi storey hotel or building and even has Heating and Air-Conditioning.
California Apartments is located just 10 minutes’ stroll from the beach. Quiet and peaceful location, yet only minutes away from the shopping centre and fine restaurants bars etc. The apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The apartment benefits from its own private communal pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children and FREE Private Sun Beds.
The beach at Cala Millor has been awarded the blue flag; it is 2km long with fine clean sand and blue clear waters the resort also includes most water sports. Cala Millor is situated to the North East of the island. There are many places to visit and day trips to enjoy making it an ideal location for an unforgettable holiday. Cala Bona and Porto Cristo are just two of the many places not to be missed.
We have NOT increased our prices for the 2012 season offering really good value to our guests.
We now use a private cleaning company to clean and maintain our apartment. This company have informed us that they can provide our guests with the hire of Towels etc at very reasonable prices. If you are interested in this service we can arrange this for you.

One bedroom apartment situated on the 2nd floor (there is a lift) of a small block of apartments in a quiet residential area. Sleeps 2 persons comfortably Bedroom has 2 single beds. Shower room and American Kitchen. Dining / living area with balcony, and there is also a very comfortable sofa settee that converts into a single or double bed.

A Majorcan bar/restaurant is also on site which is nice and very friendly which serves inexpensive food and drinks and has an extremely nice 'Meal of the day'. . . offering good value for money.
Tennis Courts just a minutes walk away where it is said that Wimbledon Winner 'Nadel' practiced as a child.
Dos Pins (Typical Spainish) Restaurant famous localy for it's fish and where the late Harry Secombe dinned is just across the road from our apartment offering quality food at very affordable prices.

Confirmation of booking required by telephone, fax or e-mail we will reserve dates for up to 5 days until your deposit is received which is £50 per week. The deposit is non refundable. We will confirm receipt of deposits received.

• It is also advisable to book your flights first before reserving apartment.
• Apartment will be available from 2pm on date of arrival and has to be vacated by 12 noon on day of

flexible by arrangement.
Conditions
A deposit of £50 per week secures your booking the balance to be paid and received at least 4 weeks before you depart for your holiday.
Apartment will be available from 2pm on date of arrival and has to be vacated by 12 noon on day of
departure unless previously pre-arranged/agreed when reserving the apartment. We can be flexible regarding times of arrival and departure by arrangement and subject to new guests arriving or departing this must be agreed at the time of booking.

The Mallorca/Majorca region


Majorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands which is surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea off Main Land Spain. Majorca is a very popular holiday destination and cater's for what ever it is you are looking for, this beautiful Island has it all.
Ideal for families, couples or singles for touring, cycling, walking, sporting activities etc or just to relax and get a healthy sun tan.... what ever you are looking for Majorca has it. The weather is usually ideal in the summer, can be 90 degrees or more (Thank goodness for air-conditioning), or in the winter a very pleasant 50 or 60 degrees should you like a winter retreat.
Palma (the capital) is very cosmopolitan and has an exquisite historic cathedral which is magnificent a must to see. Valldemossa, Deia and the West coast are just wonderful area's to visit with the most beautiful scenery and coast line. Don’t be surprised if you see, meet or bump into a celebrity as this Island has many who have retreats and private homes. Lluc has an outstanding monastery, Inca is the place for leather and some fantastic bargains. There is also a good outlet centre called 'Festival Park' with Nike, Reebok, Mango, stores with many restaurants, a cinema, live shows on some nights and a reptile centre called 'Green Planet'.
The Cala Millor / Son Severa area
CALA MILLOR & CALA BONA
Cala Millor & Cala Bona are both ideal holiday resorts, as featured on G.M.T.V. they are both next to each other safe and very friendly. There are many English Bars and Restaurants as well as Italian, Indian, Chinese, German and of course Spanish Restaurants. What ever it is you are looking for, both these resorts have it!
• There are 3 excellent golf courses all within 15 mins Canyamel, Capdepera and Serra de Pula.
• Tennis Courts 200 yds down the road. Rumours are that the famous grand slam tennis champion 'Nadal' trained on these tennis courts and still visits on occassions as he is from near by Manacor. So keep your eyes open.... you never know who you may meet or see.
• There are several markets for you to visit if you like to pick up a bargain.
• Regular boat trips from the harbour to various beautiful destinations on the Island.
• Local travel shops are available if you want to book excursions.
• Local Car hire, Bus services, Tourist Train, Taxis etc available or simply walk as you are only a stroll from the beach and town centre

Car Hire available from www.carjet.com Intacar or several other car hire companies. 'Google' car hire in Majorca to find out the best and most competitive prices as some car hire companies can be very expensive while others can offer good competitive prices. We will provide you with directions to our apartment should you decide to hire a car.
