A new 3 bedroom luxury penthouse apartment, not out for rent before, in a perfect condition and with lovely mountain sunset views in Cala Millor. A 170 m2 terrace surrounding the apartment for totally secluded sun bathing & barbecues. All of the equipment you could ask for is found in the apartment. There are interior & exterior facilities for eating outside in the fresh air.
There are two full bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom is situated in a separate guesthouse on the terrace, giving total privacy should you wish to share the apartment e.g. between two family's or with different family groups. The small and quiet community has a larger pool as well as a small children's pool in the garden. There is a private parking and the two beautiful beaches are within walking distance.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

There is walking, cycling, swimming, climbing, caving, diving & all sorts of sailing to be had all over the island. With the two beaches in Sa Coma and Cala Millor, one heading east and the other south east and being diveded by a small peninsula seperatng the two, almost always allows calm waters and wind shelters. Both are very children friendly with shallow waters.

Cala Millor is situated on the very popular North East Coast, being the area on the Island with the best beaches. Cala Millor and Sa Coma are linked to each other and together they offer anything you would like to have and do during you holiday. Its indeed a perfect location for a good family vacation.
How to get there
A 50 minute car ride from the airport. All of your arrival instructions will be sent to you before you travel. Pick up at the airport and transfer to the apartment can be arranged for 50 euros.

Further details indoors: A completely equipped holiday home with all of the extras you would find in your own home. Lovely furniture & decoration. Bright & clean. Everything in a perfect condition as the apartment is newly built and has not been out for rent before.
Further details outdoors: The roof terrace of 170 m2 surrounding the apartment gives shades and sun the entire day an 180 degrees views. The large terrace with plants and flowers and furnisher adds a lot of extra and very private space to your holiday home. There are lovely sunset views. There are a lounge furniture group as well as a dining table group and 2 sunbeds.

When you choose this holiday home, you will be asked to leave a reservation deposit of 30% of the total price of your holiday, this is non-refundable in the case of cancellation, however, you will be able to claim this back on your travel insurance. Also a refundable 30% security deposit against the unlikely event of damage occurring while you are on holiday.
Should you wish we can fill the refrigerator with the essentials, or whatever of your liking, so that you have a ready start off kit upon your arrival.
