The apartments have a wonderful private, safe pool with quiet a friendly bar restaurant offering excellent value for money experienced by our regular clientel. California restaurant/bar is excellent value and service for drinks and food.There is also a Majorcan bar/restaurant to the rear of the apartments,excellent value communal pool with chairs and parasols also well mainyained gardens.Supermarket can be found approx 100Mts away also money exchange and newspapers(at Cristina apts).Building is situated in a quiet residential area.There is a large car park at the front entrance to the building

The 2km long beach with its wonderful white clean sand and clear blue waters offers most water sports. The promenade allowes you to stroll to the beautiful harbour of Cala Bona to some of the best fish restaurants on the island. Cala Millor is situated north east of the island . The reliable bus service enables you to tour the Island cheaply visiting the wonderful markets of Arta, Inca, the many glorious bays and beaches, towns and of course Palma with its magnificent shops bars and restaurants . Why not take a day trip by train taking in some of the amazing sites of the Island . Majorca offers its visitors the use of the safe cycle lanes enabling even the youngest and oldest members of the family the chance to go from bay to bay on bikes avalible to hire cheaply for the day. Cala Millor is an ideal location for families of any age young and old.The resort offers many varied shops, bars,and restaurants to suit all.Local bus service is excellent,taxi service,horse drawn carriages,and fun train to to local resorts this service is excellent for reaching other local resorts.There are 4 golf courses all within 15 mins Canyamel,Capdepera and Serra de Pula also being the the venue for the Majorcan Classic 2009 also a beautiful 9 hole course at Son Severa,there are markets and fiestas located throughout the island with excellent public transport available,island activities and events along with all local information and free local papers are available at the very helpfull tourist information office located at the bottom of the main road into Cala Millor near the beach

This apartment is situated in a lovely position in cala millor just a walk away from the centre . The advantages of having your own pool and free parking is a bonus when you want a relaxing day. The attached bar plus restaurant serves lovely meals and snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Dave and Sue were always available with advice on places to visit and if we had any problems. |

We have stayed in 104 California apartments 3 years running and found it amazing value. There is no need to hire a car if you can get transfers from the airport; everything is within easy walking distance. As we travelled with hand luggage only, we asked for towels to be provided and we had more than we could use in a week. You need to think in advance about hot water as an immersion heater is provided but you get used to it. Everything is clean and tidy and you can't fault it for the price. Owners are most friendly and provide excellent information in advance and there is good information on the apartment itself, Cala Millor and the surrounding area available when you get to the accommodation. |
