Cala Millor is an ideal location for families of any age young and old.The resort offers many varied shops, bars,and restaurants to suit all.Local bus service is excellent,taxi service,horse drawn carriages,and fun train to to local resorts this service is excellent for reaching other local resorts.There are 3 golf courses all within 15 mins Canyamel,Capdepera and Serra de Pula also being the nearest and the venue for the Majorcan Classic 2007 also a beautiful 9 hole course at Son Severa,there are markets and fiestas located throughout the island with excellent public transport available,island activities and events along with all local information and free local papers are available at the very helpfull tourist information office located at the bottom of the main road into Cala Millor near the beach
