The apartment is located 2 minutes from Calla Millor centre,and 5 minutes from Calla Bona and only 5 minutes from Calla Millor's long sandy beach. There is easy access to all amenities.Many excellent restaurants and bars are close by. The apartment has a large shared pool,and has the benefit of being south facing,with 2 large balconies furnished with tables and chairs for Al Fresco dining, sun loungers are also provided.

Cyclists are well catered for with the immediate area being flat. There are plenty of golf courses within an hours drive,with the nearest being only 15 minutes. There are great views from the 5th. floor penthouse vantage point. With two double bedrooms,one En Suite,and two sofa beds,this spacious new apartment is ideal for families,and indeed for everyone.

Mallorca is the jewel of the ballearic islands from it's long sandy beach resorts to the majestic mountains running along the west and north coasts.It's historic capital Palma is a magnificent historic City With sweeping hills and Quaint villages there is something for everyone.With regular flights from all over Europe it is so easy to travel to Mallorca.

Cala Millor area

Cala Millor and Cala Bona are situated on the east coast of Mallorca,with long sweeping safe shallow sandy beaches.It is a lively cosmopoliton resort with something for everyone,with cafes,restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.nightlife is as lively or as laid back as you wish to make it.Sa Coma is a brisk walk through a nature reserve,where horse riding is a must. There is also horse riding available at Rancho Willy,a short distance away in Cala Bona.The flat local landscape make the ideal terrain for cycling,with many hire shops in the near vacinity.The caves of drach are a must see and is only a short bus ride away.There is a safari park a short distance away,the local (train) will take you there and all around the resort for a few euros.Well equipped glass bottomed boats run regulary from the nearby jetty. In the centre of Cala Millor is Fantasy Park,a facility not to be missed for children of all age, crambed with inflatables and rides to suit all. If Karting is to your taste there is a large track a few minutes walk away. The Son Severa fair takes place every year on the last two weeks in June with all sorts of activities for everyone, and in the first week in August the main Cala Millor fete is in full bloom. Golf courses are situated within an easy drive of the resort.

How to get there

Any major or budget airline will fly to Palma Airport from most U.K. and european airports.Ferries from the European mainland dock in Palma daily.

There is a large lounge diner leading out to the rear balcony,which has a separate dining suite,sofa beds are provided.The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons, with a small utility balcony.There is a shower room with a w.c..There is a double bedroom to the rear of the apartment,fully fitted.The large en suite bedroom leads out to the front balcony,which also has its own dining suite.The beds are 4 single beds,but can be pushed together if required.

The Opera apartments are set into gardens,with 2 secure entry gates.There is a children's play area,and a large pool.They are situated just back from the main concave in Calla Millor in a Quieter area,but still within minutes of the main resort.Secure parking is available for an extra small fee.

Conditions

A deposit of 30% of the total price is required at the time of booking.The full amount to be paid 8 weeks before the arrival date,anything under 8 weeks must be paid in full. A 100 pound (150euros) breakage deposit must be paid with the final payment,which will be refunded after 2 weeks of departure.Keys will be handed to you on arrival.
