This apartment is on a small residential complex away from the noise of bars and restaurants, yet a 10-15 minute walk takes you into the resort of Cala Millor. In the other direction is Sa Coma which is just over 1km away.
This apartment is recently built and everything is new and clean. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room and one double bedded room, both with built in wardrobes and the bathroom is situated between them. The living area is all open plan, the kitchen you have a view of the living area and balcony.The balcony has table and chairs for outside dining and also sun loungers for sunbathing.It is fully air conditioned for the hot summer months and heating for the winter.There is a large pool and a separate children's pool set in well kept gardens for you to enjoy.

The climate here is variable, during July and August it is very hot, June and September are quite similar and it is hot, May and October have warm days and cool nights. The winter in Mallorca is very pleasant, however towards the end of December it starts to get cold, January can be wet but by the time spring comes the good weather is on its way. Cala Millor is situated on the east coast of Mallorca, nearby resorts include Cala Bona and Sa Coma.
Cala Millor area
Cala Millor is a busy tourist resort with plenty of bars and restaurants to suits everyone’s taste and budget. It also has plenty of shops for those who enjoy retail therapy. The beautiful beach stretches from one end of the resort to the other. There is also a jetty where you can enjoy a boat trip up and down the coast You can take a walk up to the headland that separates Cala Millor and Sa Coma and enjoy the views and also a refreshing drink. There is a mini road train as well as the local bus service that links the nearby resorts, where in Sa Coma you can enjoy a trip to the spa to enjoy a relaxing treatment in the Biomar, horse riding or mini golf and in Cala Bona which is only a small walk away along the sea front you can enjoy a meal or a drink by the harbour. The nearest golf course is about a 10-15 minute drive away and there plenty more about 20 minutes away. The local bus service is very good and you can visit different parts of the island.There is a direct bus to the train station in Manacor where you can hop on the train to Palma.
How to get there
Most budget airlines fly to Mallorca from most UK & European airports. The flight to Mallorca from the UK is usually around 2 hours to Palma (PMI).
We can arrange Airport transfers or car hire for you straight to your holiday destination, please ask when enquiring. If you do hire a car we will supply you with a map & directions. The trip by car from Palma is straightforward and takes around 60 minutes
