Beautiful two-storey house in Cala Llonga, one of the prettiest beaches of the island, quietly located with country views, in a small community with a small garden and shared pool.

The house has 100 sqm distributed in two floors.

First floor with fully equipped kitchen,a living room with dining area with access to the terrace and garden. It has a toilet with shower.

Private parking.

The upper floor has three bedrooms, two doubles and one with two rollaway beds. And a bathroom with bath.

All new and in perfect condition.

Maximum capacity is 6, plus a baby. Pets are welcome.

For rent also for winter or year-round from September.

Check in between 10pm and midnight is subject to a charge of 100 € .

Check in between midnight and 2am is subject to a charge of € 200 .

Check in between 2am and 3am is subject to a charge of € 300 .

Check out between 8am and 7am is subject to a charge of 50 € .

Check out between 7am and 6am is subject to a charge of 100 € .

Check out between 6am and 5am is subject to a charge of 200 € .

These suplements are to be paid cash upon arrival at the property.

Just outside Sta Eulalia there is the small village Cala Llonga, with it´s lively mainroad with all amenities and the beautiful and very child-friendly beach with playground. The perfect settings for a family holiday!
