Stairs leading down to entrance to top floor: Top floor: Four bedrooms; 2 double bedrooms (1.60m x 2.00) one of them with en suite bathroom with separate bathtub and shower and walk in cupboard and the second room with en suite shower and built in cupboard. 2 twin bedrooms (2 single beds 0.80m x 1.80m pushed together) share one bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have access to top terrace and have sea views. Ground floor: Designer steel, glass and wood stairs lead down to 200m2 open plan living and dining room, kitchen and office. Living area contains 2 large sofas in L with 2 matching easy chairs and glass coffee table in the middle. Dining area contains large wooden 'zebrano' table with chairs for 10. Fully equipped kitchen in 'L' shape with a separate pantry with fridge, freezer, washing machine and storage space. Behind the living stairs is a large area with glass table ideal for office work. Small guest toilet on this floor. The living space has glass doors open to the large outer terrace and pool area equipped with 4 easy chairs, puffs and sun loungers. Outdoor table with chairs for 8.
