Home description
This property is a uniquie property which can be rented as a self contained 1 or 2 bed apartment or in its entirety as a 3 bedroom townhouse. Ideal if you wish to holiday with family but retain your own independance. The living rooms each have sofabeds, LCD tvs, satellite, dvd players and Playstation 2 (very small hire charge). The kitchens are fully equipped with granite wortops and utility room. The property has it's own sunny walled garden with extended patio, large 1st floor patio and private roof terrace, all of which overlook the swimming pool. The property is located at the shallow end of the pools, which is visible from the garden, which is ideal if you have children. The house has been furnished to a high standard ensurng you have a very comfortable stay. There is air conditioning throughout. Garden furniture, bbq's and sunloungers are supplied.
Both double bedrooms have kingsized beds, and all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There are also safes for your use in each double bedroom.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Palma is a 50 minute drive from the complex ,and a bit further on is Valldemosa and also the stunning mountainous Western coastline.
Porta Cristo is also only a short drive with the Caves of Drach. There are many local village markets, El Salvador the mountain top monastrey, and waterparks with one located in Arenal and one in Magaluf.
Cala D'Or / Cala Egos area
The property is located near to the shops, supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. A 5 minutes walk away is the stunning Marina of Cala Dor. There is a local road train which takes you either into the centre of Cala Dor, the beautiful National Park beach of Cala Mondrago or the fishing village of Porto Petro with it's lovely restaurants.
There are 2 local beaches just a short stroll from the complex from which you can catch the Glass bottom boat. A few minutes walk there is mini-golf, trampolines and go-karts for the children.
About a 10 minute drive is the 18 hole Val d'or golf course.
How to get there
Fly to Palma - The property is 50km from the airport. There are cheap flights availble from the following airlines from most major airports in England and Scotland: Easyjet, Babybmi, Air-Berlin, Jet2.com, BA, XL.com and Globespan. Most of the holiday companies such as Thomsons, First Choice, My Travel and Thomas Cook also offer flight only deals. Once you arrive, we can arrange for a local taxi compay to pick you up, which is payble locally and costs around 55 euros. There is also minbus hire from the airport, should you be a larger party. They also have car seats available should you have young children. Car hire is also available from Palma airport.

Rent as a 3 bedroom townhouse with ground floor and 1st floor having their own kitchen, bathroom, and lounge/dining area. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on the 1st floor thus all keeping your independance if 2 families are holidaying together, or rent them sperately, if you require smaller sized accommodation.
Further details outdoors: The property overlooks one of two pools, plus an elevated bubble pool that feeds 2 waterfalls dropping into the main pool. The pools are located in a shared paved garden planted with shrubs and palms, this is shared between the 20 houses surrounding the pools.
Should you have young children, we also provide free of charge cots, bed guards, highchair booster seats, buggy, monitor and stair gate for our guests use. The property also overlooks the pool with the shallow end which is ideal with children. Also for older children there is a Playstation 2 available to hire for a small charge.
Conditions
No pets allowed.
A refundable deposit of £150 is payable on payment of balance for breakages/damage/loss of keys. This is also a no smoking property.
On departure guests must vacate the property by 10.00am. Arrivals are after 3.00pm.
