Stunning new luxury villa overlooking the Marina, with porcelain floor tiles throughout and a contemporary kitchen. With views over the prestigious Cala D'or Yacht Club and Marina.Five bedrooms, three bathrooms.Close to all the amenities and beaches.The villa is set over three floors and is fully air conditioned. It has a large terrace overlooking the infinity heated pool with sun and pool loungers, dining table and outdoor furniture, as well as a fully-fitted modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and granite worktops. Finished to a very high specification with contemporary furniture. Perfectly located for the marina and the centre of Cala D'or which is just a few minutes walk away. There are supermarkets,shops and restaurants within minutes of the villa making it a perfect location for families and couples. HOT TUB and CHILL OUT AREA for 2012.

The villa is set over three floors:
First floor- Master bedroom with large bed and shower en-suite and TV. Second bedroom-twin beds with a large terrace shared with bedroom three which is another double room.There is also a large family bathroom with a shower, bath and wc.
Ground floor- WC
Lower ground has a queen size bedroom and a twin bedroom. A bathroom with a shower and wc.
All bathrooms have modern suites and tiles.
The villa has a full sky package and wireless internet
Ground floor- The kitchen is modern with high gloss units and black granite. It has an oven, microwave oven,large fridge/freezer,dishwasher and centre island hob with extractor and four leather bar stools around it.
There are two lounges one on the ground which has a plasma TV and surround sound,DVD player, full sky package and a corner leather sofa and wireless internet access. There is also a large glass dining table and leather chairs.
The lower ground floor lounge has a pool table,a corner leather sofa,a plasma TV,DVD player which supports DIVX and Sky .
There is also a utility room with a washing machine,ironing board and iron.

Further details outdoors:
The villa has stunning views from all the terraces. The ground floor terrace overlooks the Marina and the mountains and has an infinity heated pool with pool and sun loungers around. There is also a shower and an outdoor sofa and chairs. There is a further dining table with chairs.
There are two more terraces on the first floor and the second floor and they all have magnificent views.
There is a gas barbeque on the pool terrace.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Majorca is a fascinating island that appeals to everyone. Whether you are looking to relax on a sandy beach or explore the mountain regions it is for you. Some of the resorts are geared towards younger visitors, where you can dance till the early hours, while others are for going out to dinner and enjoying some typical local food. Whichever is for you Majorca has it, Palma is a bustling city with a stunning cathedral, museums, shops and restaurants. There are two waterparks on the island, one in Palma Nova and the other in Arenal. They have lots of water slides and one of the parks has daily dolphin,sea lions and parrot shows.
The Caves Of Drach is also a must in Porto Cristo.

The Cala D'Or / Cala D'Or Marina area

Cala D'or is great for families. It is made up of several small resorts and seven sandy beaches.Two of them within 5-10 minutes walk. You can hire parasols and sunloungers. The beaches have restaurants and bars and various water sports. You can do windsurfing,scuba diving,snorkelling, glass bottom boat trips and boat charters.Bicycles can also be hired and you can do quad biking and horse riding.

The town centre has lots of shops, restaurants, bars and evening entertainment. There are lots of fiestas during the season including a Jazz festival and a firework display in the summer.

The neighbouring fishing village of Porto Petro is worth a visit, you can sit back in one of their pavement cafes and watch the world go by. The local fish is excellent.

The local 18-hole golf course Vall D'or is just ten minutes away and is beautifully laid out overlooking Porto Colom, even if you aren't into golf the clubhouse sells a variety of meals and the view is breathtaking.

The villa is stunning and catered for all our needs, it was close to all the amenities and the centre of Cala d'or which was great for the teenage children who came.Being a group of ten there are a lot of people to keep happy but this villa had it all. - Mrs Edwards, Dorset May 2009

Just returned from a two week holiday in Marina View and would recommend it for all ages. The villa was even better than it's description on the website. The owners Jan and Jon were there to greet us and to say good bye, they were able to help us on local activities and restaurants. With stunning views of the marina and mountains. Within a five minute walk to the center of Cala d'Or where you will find many restaurants,shops, bars and supermarkets. We hope to return again with the whole family next summer.
