Self catering luxury apartment with pool and garden, secure gated complex. This luxury 1 bed 1st floor apartment is furnished to a very high standard. It has air conditioning and heating for the winter period. The apartment is on a small complex of just 5 apartments which share the pool and well kept gardens.
The beach is less than 5 mins walk from the complex where sun loungers and parasols can be hired. Cala Dor Marina is less than 10 mins walk away with an abundance of superb restaurants. A car is not necessary as everything is within walking distance.
The Centre of Cala Dor has several walk ways full of restaurants and bars, there is also crazy golf to keep the children and adults entertained.

The small complex is an ideal place to spend a vacation and has a BBQ area, gardens and loungers and sunbrollies.
The Mallorca/Majorca region
Cala Dor and Cala Egos are located on the South East Coast of Mallorca, about a 50 mins drive from Palma Airport.
There are so many wonderful beaches in the area with their turquoise waters and restaurants serving fresh fish dishes. The nearby villages of Cala Figuera, Porto Petra, Portocristo and Portocolom are other places to visit.
The Cala D'Or / Cala Egos area
Boat trips go from the local beach (2 mins from the apartment) to other beaches in the area. Tennis courts are available in Cala Egos. There is a water park at Arenal (45 mins drive) a great day out for all the family, there are bus trips to the park available in Cala Egos.

We have just returned from Sol Mar and we loved every minute of it. This was a late booking for us and the 1 bed apt we had was a bit small for the four of us (our boys ar 13 and 17) but we managed okay. The owners Roy and Maureen are lovely and take great pride in all of the apartments. We had a look around the bigger apts on Saturday and are now trying to book for next year. The pool is quite deep but fine for older children, the area around the pool is very well equipped with sunbeds parasols and tables. The pool was very very clean and a pleasure to swim in. The location is ideal just minutes from Cala Egos town and the beach and a 15 min walk from the lovely Marina. I highly recommend this lovely complex. |
