The main accommodation is on two levels with the ground floor entrance door leading to a hallway having a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom off. Four steps lead up to an open plan living room with American style kitchen having modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. There is a breakfast bar to the spacious living / dining room which has sliding glass doors to the covered poolside terrace. Entertainment is provided here by a Satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system. There are a few more steps from the hallway to a double bedroom, which has an en-suite shower room and doors to the sun terrace. A staircase leads to the second floor which is given over entirely to the master bedroom suite having twin beds, an en-suite shower room and glass doors to a private balcony offering pool views and side views towards the yacht marina. A separate side entrance gives access to a self-contained studio unit (idea for teenagers or a Nanny). It has high windows, a twin bedroom and an en-suite bathroom room. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and air conditioning / central heating units.

Outside there is a spacious covered terrace with patio furniture and a Barbecue to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining. This leads to the extensive sun terrace surrounding a 7m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps. Sun loungers and parasols are provided. Beyond the pool terrace there is an a good sized garden with lawns, flower beds and shrubs. This villa is in a convenient location to enjoy a stroll around the marina in the evening and sample the fine food in the International restaurants and local tapas bars

There is a 25% deposit due to secure the booking. This can be paid by credit or debit card (there is a 2% charge for credit cards).

The Cala D'Or area
Our Cala D'Or villas are popular with families and friends travelling together. The sandy beaches with their turquoise water are safe for young children. The pretty coves and attractive pine-clad surrounding countryside lend to quiet relaxing days, whereas by night the main precinct in Cala D'Or offers a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants for evening entertainment. Many sports facilities are available including tennis, sailing, horse riding, diving. Golf is available at the Vall D'or 18-hole golf course near the village of S'Horta.
Stunning coves
Approximately 30km north from Cala D’Or is the resort of Porto Cristo where the famous Caves of Drach are located. Founded by the Frenchman Edward Alfred Martel, the Caves of Drach (The Dragon's Caves) are really immense.
The complex of caverns stretches for 1.6km and includes a series of underground pools. A sound and light concert across the lake provides a
memorable finale. The amazing stalactites and stalagmites and endless strange formations are a site not to be missed.
Visit neighbouring Porto Petro, a Mallorcan village by the sea where waiters carry plates of delicious seafood across the road to the pavement café on the quay.
