Beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom(one full bathroom and one shower room) apartment over looking the sea in a well run family complex. The apartment has one double room with bathroom En-Suite and one twin bedroom.
The apartment living area is open plan with a large balcony with stunning views over the sea. The apartment comes with all mod cons(laundry room is avail in complex) and is furnished to a high standard.
The complex has four swimming pools (Including one sea water rock pool), poolside bar, 24 hour reception, a la carte restaurant, supermarket, daily activities by the pool for adults and children and entertainment every night. Also the complex is only a five minute walk to the centre of Cala Egos town where you will find numerous restaurants, pubs and shops.

With tiled floors throughout this property is the ideal family apartment. Sky TV is supplied also with kiddies channels to keep them occupied and also with limited English channels.
There is a third fold up bed if you have three kids which can be put into the twin bedroom.

There is a vast range of facilities on the complex which you have free use of. Small deposits are payable for table tennis or crazy golf but these are returned when equipment is returned. Grounds are fantastic with four separate pools.
For those of you with kids you have the main pool with kiddies pool attached and for those of you looking for the quiet life you can choose from any of the other three pools, including the fantastic sea water rock pool to relax beside.
The kiddies road train stops directly outside the complex every 20 minutes and can bring you to the centre of Cala D'or. Complex facilities incl. tennis, table tennis, crazy golf, football, full bar, pool tables and children's games room. Everything for a good family holiday.
You can also avail of an all inclusive package payable locally at reception. This is fantastic value at just 11 euro per adult and 5 euro per child per day. This gives you all meals, snacks and drinks all day up until 11.30 pm at night.
There is a daily and evening entertainiment package ongoing in the complex with music shos etc taking place either indoors or on the outdoor stage in the evenings. Entertainment goes on until midnight each night.

Cala d'Or is a very popular resort with UK and Irish tourists, and has a great deal to offer. The choice of restaurants is second-to-none and you can get nightly entertainment in many bars around town.
For the youngsters there is plenty of night-life and, of course, by day there are many fine and safe beaches for all you sun worshippers.
The Cala D'Or / Cala Egos area
The apartment is in the Cala Egos area, which is a self contained town with numerous shops, restaurants and bars. The is also two large supermarkets (Spar and Eroski). The town centre is only 5 minutes walk from the complex so a car is not necessary.
Cala D'or centre itself is five minutes by taxi (6 euro) and is full of restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques. For the golfers among you the nearest course is less than 10 minutes drive away with there being 25 courses in total on the island.
Cala D'or is an upmarket, pristine area which suits couples and families alike. You certainly will not find gangs of drunken teenagers walking the streets.

We stayed here in early Sept 2011, myself my husband and our 18 month old son loved the stunning views from the balcony and the lovely, smart, modern , well equipped apartment. We have already recommended this property rental to family & friends. The apartment itself is not the only bonus, on site there are 4 pools, a kiddy pool, a kids playground, plenty of shaded areas, bar, pool bar and a restaurant in which you can purchase all inclusive for 14 euro per adult per day which was a bargain as the food and drinks were excellent quality. The resort of Cala Egos is very pretty and upmarket, and we enjoyed walking to the Marina and the Beach. The apartment has a large balcony with the stunning sea views which really was the highlight ;) we may well be back ! |
