This lovely villa is in a fantastic area as everything you need is just a short walk away. As everything is so near a car is definitely not needed unless you wish to explore other parts of the island whilst you are here. There is the added bonus of having a lovely pool area as well as a communal BBQ in the garden.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca is a beautiful island having everything from beaches to cities, countryside to mountains and all within reaching distance. Cala Dor is in the south east of the island famous for its golden coves and its exclusive marina.
Cala D'Or area
With lots to do here from sunbathing to water sports, shopping to trying the many different restaurants you will have a fantastic time. There are lots choice when it comes to eating from your typical spanish tapas, paellas, lovely fish restaurants, italian, to kebabs, chinese, indian and even fish and chip shops! You definitely cant say that you couldnt find anything to eat!
There is a lovely marina in cala dor with terraces that spill out onto the pavement so you can enjoy a drink whilst admiring the views of the lovely yachts. If its nightlife you are looking for there are bars such as Yates, Funky Monkey and how about clubbing in the famous Sound Republic! After this holiday you will definitely want to come back for more!
The mini tourist train is a good way to explore the area, there are several which connect with each other taking you around the different coves, the marina and the spectacular beach of Cala Mondrago with its walkway taking you to another hidden beach called espalmador.

Further details indoors: The apartment has air con in two of the bedrooms and the air con in the lounge is sufficient for the 3rd bedroom. The washing machine is kept in the bathroom. There are two put up beds available to sleep an extra 2 children. This apartment sleeps up to 6 people or 8 people if 2 are young children.
Further details outdoors: The terrace has outside furniture so you can enjoy a 'G & T' al fresco! The terrace (as per the photo) is only for use of the occupants of this villa.

Conditions
To reserve any dates a 25% deposit is required and the balance is required 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If your arrival date is less than 6 weeks then the full amount is required.
Payment is done by bank transfer in euros. On confirmation that you would like to reserve your dates payment details will be sent to you.
A damage deposit is also required and can be paid on arrival. This is refunded within 7 days of your departure (if there is no damage).
