This family complex has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Also a minute away you will find the mini tourist train stop which is a perfect way to explore the area and all the different beaches such as cala gran, cala dor, cala ferrera. There is also a train that runs to porto petro and the beach/nature reserve of Cala Mondrago which is away from the hustle and bustle and has the amenities eg restaurant, beach bar and toilets. Family holiday or a couples getaway this apartment is perfect for you.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Located in the South East of the island Cala Dor is a lovely resort with few high rises and several lovely beaches all within walking distance. There are many excursions available from this resort to see the different parts of the island taking in Soller, caves of drach and much more.

Cala D'Or / Cala Egos area

There are mini trains which all connect with each other taking you to the different coves in the area and which is a great way to explore especially if its your first day to help you get your bearings. There is also a mini train that will take you to porto petro and the beach of Cala Mondrago which is located out of the town and away from the hustle and bustle and has the amenities of a beach bar, restaurant and toilet facilities so you can spend the whole day there.

There is a pedestrianised area in Cala Dor where the restaurants all spill out onto the pavements giving it a true mediterranean feel. Or what about a visit to the marina of Cala Dor with its restaurants all with views over the marina and its lovely yachts.

Whether you want to relax and dine out or check out the nightlife there is plenty of choice.

There are many budget airlines such as easy jet, bmi baby, ryan air, thomson fly, jet 2.
We can help you arrange local car hire which you can collect on arrival at the airport.

There is a lovely balcony with outside furniture where you can dine al fresco. One of the apartments has a z bed to sleep a 5th person. The 2nd apartment only sleeps 4 people max but an extra z bed can be hired from a local company if required.

There is ample parking for your car as well as an electric gate making the complex safe for families with young children.

You will be given a telephone number of the agent looking after our property for use in the case of any emergencies.

Conditions

A 25% deposit is required to reserve the apartment and the balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. A damage deposit of 100 pounds sterling or 150 euros is also required and can be paid on arrival. This is refunded 7 days after your departure date (minus any damage costs if any).
