Just a 2 minute walk from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants this is a lovely family apartment with two bedrooms both boasting en suite facilities. The complex has both a large swimming pool and a separate children's paddling pool. There is ample parking if you would like to hire a car although if you dont want to explore the island then a car is not needed.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
The apartment is situated in the South East of Mallorca. This is completely different from the south of the island as we are lucky enough to have very few high rises. The area of Cala Dor is whitewashed giving a clean, bright feel to the area. The caves of Drach are just a 20minute drive away but if you dont fancy hiring a car then why not book one of the many excursion on offer.
Cala D'Or area
A beautiful area known for its many golden coves that are all within walking distance. The marina in cala dor is a must with its many restaurants where you can sit and watch the world go by or even charter out a yacht yourself!
There is a mini train that links all the different coves such as cala dor, cala gran, cala llonga (the marina), cala ferrera and many more. There is also a mini train that will take you as far as porto petro and the beach/nature reserve of Cala Mondrago which is away from the hustle and bustle and has all the amenities you would need to spend the whole day there.
The pedestrianised area of cala dor is lovely for a stroll as all the restaurants and ice cream parlours spill out onto the pavements which give you a true Mediterranean feel.

Many budget airlines come to this island such as ryan air, easy jet, bmi baby and thomson fly. If you wish to hire a car when you arrive then we can help you to arrange this.

Further details indoors: Both bedrooms have en suite facilities: The main bedroom has a bathroom with shower in bath, w/c, hand basin. The twin bedroom has a shower room with a walk in shower, w/c and hand basin There is air con in the lounge area as well as having a fully fitted kitchen.
Further details outdoors: The complex itself has a large swimming pool as well as a separate children's paddling pool. There is ample parking in front of the entrance and also a short cut to the beach of Cala Esmeralda. The apartment itself has a balcony with outside furniture where you can dine 'al fresco'. A 2 minute walk away will take you to the supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants.

To reserve the apartment a 25% discount is required and the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
A damage deposit of 100 pounds sterling is required and can be paid on arrival. This is refunded within 7 days of your departure (minus damage costs if any).
