The Mallorca/Majorca region
The apartment is in the South East of Mallorca in a lovely resort once a fishing village but which has now turned into a lovely white washed village/tourist resort. Unlike the resorts in the South of the island there are very few high rises. The caves of Drach are a small drive away otherwise why not take one of the many excursions that are on offer and sit back and relax whilst being taken on their own transport.
Cala D'Or / Cala Egos area
The area of Cala Dor is well known for its golden coves having many to explore including, cala egos, cala gran, cala ferrera, cala dor etc. There is a mini train which is a fun way of getting around which also stops at each of the coves in the area as well as a train that takes you to Cala Mondrago which is a lovely beach and nature reserve away from the town but with all the amenities eg. toilets, bars, restaurants. Across the beach of Cala Mondrago is a path which takes you to another hidden beach round the corner called Espalmador. You could definitely enjoy a full day here!

Further details indoors: This lovely apartment has a fully fitted kitchen which leads to the sleeping area where you will find a double bed and wardrobe. There is a shower room which also leads onto the utility room where you will find the washing machine. There is a partition wall in place to separate the lounge area from the sleeping area. The lounge area has a sofa which opens out into a bed as well as a table and chairs. There are patio doors leading out onto the balcony.
Further details outdoors: There is a balcony with outside furniture which overlooks the swimming pools. There is ample parking and the complex itself is surrounded by walls and an electric gate.

We can arrange taxi transfers to pick you up from the airport. You will be given a telephone number of our representative in the area for any emergencies.
Conditions
A 25% deposit is required to reserve your dates and the balance is required 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. A damage deposit of 150 pounds sterling is required and can be paid on arrival. This is refunded back to you within 1 week of departure subject to no damage.
