Stunning sea views this apartment is spacious and in a fantastic location. There is a swimming pool shared with only 4 other apartments. The shops, bars and restaurants are only a couple o minutes walk away so a car is definitely not needed unless of course you would like to explore the area.
There is a good size balcony overlooking the sea and swimming pool where you have outside furniture and BBQ facilities so you can enjoy dining 'al fresco' while enjoying the beautiful views.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
This apartment is located in the South East of Mallorca known for its many golden coves. Cala Dor is a lovely resort catering well for both families and couples. A short drive away will take you to the famous caves of drach or you can arrange to have transport included on this and many other excursions on offer.
Cala D'Or / Cala Esmeralda area
The area of cala dor is full of lots of lovely coves to explore such as cala egos, cala gran, cala dor, cala ferrera, cala esmeralda. The marina of cala dor is close by and well worth a visit just to see all those lovely yachts and sit on the terrace of one of the many restaurants and watch the world go by. . . . . .
There are mini trains that you can catch which are a fun way to explore the area. They take you around all the different coves as well as the nature reserve and beach at Cala Mondrago which is definitely worth a visit. The beach of Cala Mondrago is away from the hustle and bustle and has toilet facilities as well as a beach bar and restaurant. Across the beach of cala Mondrago is a walk way which takes you to another beach hidden away called Espalmador.
If you are into golf then only a short drive away (max. 10mins) you will find Vall Dor Golf Club.
If you are energetic then why not hire a bicycle to explore the area otherwise just laze on one of the many beaches or enjoy a bbq on your balcony .

We can help you arrange car hire or a shuttle bus service. We are also in contact with a local taxi driver who can be arranged to meet you at the airport to take you to the apartment.

Further details indoors: The balcony boasts the most amazing views over the sea and swimming pool which takes your breath away as well as having outside furniture and BBQ facilities. The main bedroom has en suite facilities with shower in bath, w/c, double hand basin and bidet. The twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower over a 3/4 length bath. There is another bathroom which has a shower over a 1/2 length bath.
Further details outdoors: There is a shared swimming pool and a very short walk away will take you to the beach of Cala Esmeralda and to the shops, bars and restaurants.

Conditions
To reserve your dates a 25% deposit is required and the balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
A damage deposit is also required and will be refunded back within 7 days of your departure (minus any damage costs if any).
