This well maintained and equipped 2 bedroom apartment is located within a very popular complex in Cala Egos close to Cala d'Or, Mallorca. The apartment has two bedrooms, lounge/dining area and kitchen with outside terraces and BBQ area making this the perfect accommodation for a family holiday. The complex is situated within easy reach of all the amenities of Cala Egos and Cala d'Or.
A comfortable well furnished apartment with all the facilities and equipment needed for the ideal holiday. A fully fitted kitchen gives you the choice of home cooked meals or a BBQ. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and lots of space. The comfortable living room with sofa and chairs has a dining area containing table and seating for 4. The bathroom consists of bath, shower, wc, bidet and twin hand basins.
The apartment has balcony and roof terrace with BBQ and solarium area. Within the complex there are 7 large swimming pools to choose from along with children's pools. The garden/communal areas of the complex are kept secure by security barrier entrances leading to parking areas inside.
This apartment may be rented with the adjoining apartment (subject to availibility) for the larger group should you wish to enjoy a family holiday with your own personal space.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
The beautiful island of Mallorca has something to offer everyone. The pleasant climate of May and September is the perfect time to take a well earned holiday to unwind. During the summer months, the climate is stronger giving you lots of time to build the perfect tan and enjoy a day on one of the 7 fantastic beaches that Cala d'Or has to offer.
The capital city of Palma is a beautiful place to visit with tourist attractions such as the Cathedral or the weekly market - why not take a day out in this beautiful city.
The island of Mallorca is so easy to explore with several options of transport for you to choose from. Buses run regulary around the island or perhaps you fancy booking an excursion giving you the opportunity to visit several attractions in one day. Alternatively, you can hire a car from one of the many car hire esablishments or for the more energetic guest, bycicle hire is also available around the island.
There are many other excursions available to suit all tastes from market excursions to the Caves of Drach where you will experience a truly magical time. There are several water parks around the island to provide enjoyment for all the family or why not enjoy an evening of dinner and a show at one of the well known places such as Son Amar.
Also local to Cala d'or is the fantastic area of Cala Mondrago - a national park which is well worth a visit or simpoy enjoy a relaxing day one of the beautiful beaches there.
Cala D'Or / Cala Egos area
The high street of Cala Egos with all banks, shops, bars and restaurants is within a 5 minute walking distance. There are also doctors, clinics and pharmacies within a short distance of the apartment. The resort of Cala d'Or is within 10-15 minutes walking distance where you will find more shops, bars and restaurants. The Cala Llonga Marina of Cala d'or is also easily accessible from here. The local bus service runs up and along the East Coast throughout the day taking you to such resorts as; Porto Colom, Porto Cristo, Cala Bona, Cala Millor. The buses to Palma run several times a day for under 10 euros. There are several markets which run throughout the week, one of our recommedations in the local market of Felanitx which runs every Sunday. Another local attraction here is the monastery of San Salvador which is only 10 minutes away by car. We also have the fantastic Vall d'Or Golf Course in S'Horta which is only 5 minutes away by car - enjoy a round of golf whilst enjoying the views of the Mediterranean sea!

The property may only be accessed after 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Towels and linen are provided along with a weekly cleaning service by a professional Property Management company.
Cots, highchairs and other equipment available upon request.
Please note that smoking is only permitted in outside areas.
Conditions
20% deposit required to secure booking - non-refundable in case of cancellation. Balance due 6 weeks prior to departure in addition to £150 damage deposit which is refunded within 7-10 days of you leaving the apartment should everything be satisfactory.
