Home description
Completed in 2007, this complex is situated in the beautiful town of Cala d'Or. It's just a 5 mins walk from Cala d'Or marina and a 20 min walk into the town. There are a number of beaches and the nearest being only a 10 min walk away.
The town has a great range of shops and a large selection of restaurants plus there are many great restaurants around the marina all with great views. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment and although a private parking space is included, a car is not necessary as all amenities are within walking distance and there is a bus and train stop outside the apartment complete with timetables.
There is a superb golf course - Vall d'Or 18 hole/71 par course, this is a 10 mins car drive away in S'Horta, just north of Cala d'Or. Diving is available locally as is power and sail boat chartering.
All three apartments have reverse cycle air conditioning and exclusive use of the sun terraces. There is a "meet and greet service" included in the rental price to help you settle into the apartment and a maid service can also be provided for stays of 10 days or more.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Porto Petro is a 5 min drive away and is a pretty fishing village with great restaurants, a must for fish lovers, Cala Mondrago is a 10 minute drive away and has 2 restaurants and if you feel like a walk, you can venture into the Natural Park of Cala Mondrago.
Santanyi is a pretty town with a great market on a Saturday morning, 15 mins in a car. Porto Colom is a 20 min drive. The north and west of the island can be accessed within 1 hour 15 mins in a car. Valldemossa, Soller and Deia are a must.
Cala D'Or / Cala D'Or Marina area
Cala d'Or Marina is a 5 min walk , Cala d'Or town is a 20 min walk. Es forti/Cala Es Pou/Calada Gran are all within a 15 min walk of the apartment or 5 minutes in a car. You can also take the land train which regularly departs for all these beaches, outside the apartment across the road at the bus stop.
How to get there
Most budget airlines fly to Mallorca from most UK Airports, the most popular being www.easyjet.co.uk and www.ryanair.co.uk.
Palma airport is approx 45 mins away (midweek), but on peak days (Sat and Sun) expect a 50 min to an hour's transfer.
The cost of a cab one way is between 60 -70 euro's.
If you are hiring a car, the apartments have their own car parking and there is a remote keyfob to open the gates as you arrive. All will be shown when you are greeted.

Further details outdoors: All Penthouse apartments are located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed by stairs or lift On the balcony, there is a set of table & chairs for seating up to 4. The apartment has stairs leading up to a private roof terrace containing 2 sun beds and a parasol. The penthouse apartment is set in a development around the communal swimming pool and gardens. Entrance to the complex is via 2 electronically operated gates and the complex is secure with fencing all around. The swimming pool is an artistic design complete with surrounding palm trees and grass area. Sunbathing beds are provided. The penthouse comes complete with a parking space.

Welcome packs can be arranged for your arrival. Please ask for further details. Meet and greet services included within rental price. Linen and towels will be changed for stays of 10 days or longer which is included in the rental rate. However, if you require a full clean through the apartment during your stay, then an additional change will need to be made.
Conditions
50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure the apartment with full payment to be received and cleared 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
Bookings that are cancelled 8 weeks prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund, 4 - 7 weeks will receive a 20% refund and less than 3 weeks will not receive a refund.
Please note: A 200 euro security deposit is required on the apartment at the time of booking. This will be fully refunded on return of the key and confirmation of no damage.
