Situated in the Cala Egos region of Cala D’or, one of the most picturesque resorts on the south east coast of Majorca. Fully furnished to the highest standards. Only minutes walk from beach, bars, shops and restaurants.
The apartment has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) is air conditioned and has a fully fitted modern kitchen with granite work surfaces and floors throughout, which makes for a lovely cool apartment in the height of summer!

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Cala d'Or is a well established location on the south east coast of Mallorca which has largely avoided the excesses of large scale tourism development. The resort is an ideal base for exploring the area with many places of local interest such as Cuevas del Drach, Cuevas de Hama, Auto Safari, Aquacity and Palma . The taxi rank located within a 2 minute walk provides a full price list of fares to local attractions.
As there are 2,400 hours of sunshine a year in Majorca, this makes it an all year round destination for golfers in which to enjoy the 17 golf course's on the Island. The beautiful golf club of Vall D'or is the closest course to the resort which is only 10 minutes drive.
Cala D'Or / Cala Egos area
Cala D'or and Cala Egos are very much family resorts, however they can be as busy or relaxing as the mood takes you. There are lots of fantastic bars and restaurants to suit all tastes in both resorts.
The world famous Marina at Cala D'or offers many quality restaurants and bars overlooking the yachts that are moored there. The Marina provides the perfect backdrop whilst relaxing and enjoying your meal or having a drink, and is only 3 minutes away in a taxi or for those who enjoy a stroll a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
How to get there
Palma airport is about 45 minutes away. A taxi will cost approximately 65 euros. A car is not essential but can be useful for exploring this beautiful island and can be booked online for collection and return at the airport from companies such as carjet.com

The living room is separated from the kitchen by a granite breakfast/dining table which seats 5. The living area is contemporary in design and has an 'L' shaped leather settee, 19" flat screen LCD TV with Sky Television, DVD player, PS2 games console and CD stereo system.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, security safe and en-suite bathroom containing recessed wash basin set in a granite vanity unit with feature mirror. The en-suite also contains a full size bath and wc.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed plus bunk beds also complete with fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom 2 has a circular feature shower cubicle, wash basin and wc.
To the rear of the kitchen is a utility room with washer dryer and ironing facilities.
Large balcony overlooking stunning recently landscaped gardens with a fantastic view.
Further details outdoors: Bella Luna is a small secure gated complex which has a large swimming pool with feature waterfall complete it very own central island pool bar serving drinks and snacks in the afternoons.
There is a tennis, basketball and volley ball courts.
Entrance to the complex is via security controlled gates and each apartment has its own allocated car parking space.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of five people. No pets are allowed inside the apartment at any time. The apartment is strictly non-smoking.

Conditions
The term of the rental is Saturday to Saturday, however we may be able to provide 10/11 nights, long weekends or long term rental. The apartment is to be vacated by 10.00am and new arrivals have access from 2.00pm.
