About the home

This luxury apartment is furnished to a very high standard. It has air conditioning and heating for the winter period which makes it an ideal place to spend your holiday or short winter break. Wi - Fi Internet access is available.

The poolside bar on the complex serves a selection sandwiches, salads, cakes and drinks during the Summer months. The small supermarket is just across the road from the complex with all your home from home products, fresh fruit, vegetables, wines, spirits, freshly baked bread and pastries.

The complex is just a 5 minute walk from the Es Forti Beach (Calo des Pou), shops, restaurants and bars. The beach has a snack bar, loungers and parasols for hire. Boats visit this beach offering trips to other beaches and attractions in the area.

A very spacious apartment on the ground floor. The lounge has a corner settee, side units, coffee table, lamps, A cot and high chair are available free of charge.

A large tiled bathroom with twin washbasins, bath, separate shower and wc.

There are 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has king size bed, bedside drawers, lamps and large double wardrobes looking onto the pool. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, bedside draws, lamps and wardrobe.

There is a large terrace with table, chairs and loungers looking onto the pool and gardens. The apartment has a private garden with sun loungers. The complex is gated and secure and has an olympic sized pool, with jacuzzi, toddler section and waterfall. There is a snack bar which serves drinks and light lunches during the day.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Cala Dor is located on the South East Coast of Mallorca, it is a 45 mins drive from Palma Airport.

There are so many wonderful sandy beaches in the area with their turquoise waters and restaurants serving fresh fish dishes. The nearby fishing villages of Cala Figuera, Porto Petra, Portocristo and Portocolom.

There is a water park at Arenal (45 mins drive) a great day out for all the family, there are bus trips to the park available in Cala Egos.

The Cala D'Or / Cala Egos area

Cala Dor has a superb Marina which is only a 15 minute walk from the complex. In Cala Egos there are plenty of lovely restaurants / bars all within 5 minutes walk.

Es Forti beach is 5 mins walk away from the apartment. Glass bottom boats visit this beach and you can take trips to other local beaches and attractions in the area.

The lovely beach of Cala Mondrago is a 15 min drive away and definitely worth the visit - Porto Petra is on the way so why not stop off for lunch in this picturesque fishing village. If you don't have a car the Cala D'or Express (road train) visits the wonderful beaches in the area including Cala Mondrago. There is a tennis club just 10 mins walk from the complex for those enthusiasts.

There are several local weekly markets at the nearby towns of Santanyi and Felanitx which are only a short bus ride or drive away.
