It is ideally located only 2 minutes walk from Cala dOr Marina and the centre, with all local amenities, shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc being just a stroll away. Cala dOr has several beaches and offers an excellent atmosphere for both families and couples.

Cala dOr is one of the most stunning areas on Mallorca, and the villa overlooks the best part, the stunning Harbour of Cala dOr. The city of Palma is only 35 minutes drive with its beautiful Cathedral, museums, shops and fantastic restaurants. There are many local towns nearby which offer traditional markets, local churches and places of interest.
Cala D'Or / Cala D'Or Marina area
Cala dOr has several local beaches, which are only 5-10 minutes walk away. Beaches vary in size and you can hire sun loungers and parasols. There are beach bars and cafes nearby and the water is shallow and clear, excellent for small children. Various water sports are on offer including scuba diving and pedlo hire plus glass bottom boat trips. There are plenty of activities on offer locally to suit all tastes including horse riding, quad biking, golfing, water skiing, water parks, cycling, speed boat rides etc. There are various fiestas in Cala dOr during the summer months, where you can watch firework displays and listen to the local jazz bands playing.

Complete with large fridge, freezer, microwave with grill, oven, dishwasher, and centre island which houses the hob and extractor, plus 3 leather bar stools.
