About the home

The property has a beautiful large outdoor living space complete with dining table, outdoor sofa, private infinity pool, sun loungers and shower. Furnished to a very high standard, the house is fully alarmed and has a private gated driveway. It is ideally located only 2 minutes walk from Cala dOr Marina and the centre, with all local amenities, shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc being just a stroll away. Cala dOr has several beaches and offers an excellent atmosphere for both families and couples.

Bedrooms: First floor consists of master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and plasma TV. Bed 2 with twin beds and bed 3 with double bed - these 2 rooms share a large balcony. Lower ground floor has bed 4 with double bed, and bed 5 with twin beds.

Bathrooms: Ground floor wc. first floor - master bedroom en-suite with wc and shower; main bathroom with bath, wc, and corner shower cubicle. Lower ground floor - bathroom with wc and corner shower cubicle. All bathrooms have modern white suites and travertine walls.

Kitchen: Contemporary high-gloss kitchen with black granite and modern fittings. Complete with large fridge, freezer, microwave with grill, oven, dishwasher, and centre island which houses the hob and extractor, plus 3 leather bar stools.

Utility Room: Located on the lower ground floor, complete with washing machine, iron & ironing board. Back door with access leading to garden and pool area.

Living Rooms: Ground floor has open plan dining and lounge areas, with glass dining table and 8 chairs. Lounge has corner leather sofa, 50" plasma TV, DVD player and Sky television. Large patio doors leading out. Lower ground floor has corner leather sofa, 50" Plasma TV, DVD player and Sky TV, Wii with games and pool table.

Other: The property has access to a roof terrace from the first floor, with 5-person Hot Tub plus rattan loungers and sofa, an area which offers excellent views of the marina and the distant mountains.

Cleaning/towels/
All prices include bed linen, fresh towels and a welcome pack upon arrival. We offer a weekly clean and change of linen and towels.

Cala dOr is one of the most beautiful areas on Mallorca, and the villa overlooks the best part, the stunning Harbour of Cala dOr. The city of Palma is only 35 minutes drive with its beautiful Cathedral, museums, shops and fantastic restaurants. There are many local towns nearby which offer traditional markets, local churches and places of interest.

The Cala D'Or / Cala D'Or Marina area

Cala dOr has several local beaches, which are only 5-10 minutes walk away. Beaches vary in size and you can hire sun loungers and parasols. There are beach bars and cafes nearby and the water is shallow and clear, excellent for small children. Various water sports are on offer including scuba diving and pedlo hire plus glass bottom boat trips. There are plenty of activities on offer locally to suit all tastes including horse riding, tennis, quad biking, golfing, water skiing, water parks, cycling, speed boat rides etc.
There are various fiestas in Cala dOr during the summer months, where you can watch firework displays and listen to the local jazz bands playing.

“We came away from Harbour View refreshed, relaxed and with a lovely tan” Our stay at Harbour view was excellent. The villa is perfectly located for restaurants, shops and the beach. Before our arrival the information pack provide to us with the relevant details ensured that when we got there we could just start the holiday. Harbour view was clean, well equipped and of a high spec. The Kitchen and lounge area is slightly disproportionate to the number of people that the villa slept but is adequate for use. The kitchen itself had a great range of crockery, cutlery and kitchen ware. However the knives provided could do with being sharpened or replaced as it was a real effort to cut anything. The bedrooms where a little on snug side, but were sufficient for the amount of time you actually spend in them. There was plenty of storage. As far as we are concerned theses were only minor faults and didn't detract too much from a bigger picture. The roof top terrace was an added bonus as it caught the sun all day with a good breeze. The hot tube was amazing, easy to work and in the perfect position to take in the view of the harbour. The pool and surrounding areas catch the sun most of the day and with a variety of places to sit/lie, it has somewhere for everyone. Which was important as we had a toddler in our group. We came away from Harbour View refreshed, relaxed and with a lovely tan. What more could you ask for?

“Fantastic property and location...definitely want to return!” Harbour View villa is the perfect base for a fantastic holiday, finished to a very high standard with four floors of luxury I would definitely recommend this to groups / families of all ages. Positioned right next to the marina with fantastic views and wonderful restaurants and a few minutes from Cala d'Or centre and the beach you couldn't wish for a better location.

“Brilliant, well equipped villa in an excellant location” My wife and I have just returned from a week's holiday at Harbour View with seven friends. We had a really good holiday because of the high standard of the villa and its excellant location. There was ample room for everyone and we never felt crowded, I could even relax under a Palm tree with a book and a beer....bliss. The marina, with its good restaurants, was only about 2 or 3 minutes walk and Cala D'or centre wasn't much further. The villa was very clean throughout and fitted to a high specification. It was reassuring to be met on arrival by Jon who explained how things worked and that he was on hand if we needed anything. Many thanks to the owners for making our holiday a great success.
