Apartment in a charming small complex with 6 apartments located in Cala d’Or. The centre and the beach are just a short walk away. The complex has a lovely community pool and Ibiza architecture; the apartment is spacious and simply decorated. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sofa bed for two persons in the living area, a kitchenette with gas cooker/oven, central heating and a safety deposit box. The apartment can be rented daily, weekly or monthly.
The complex is situated ideally in a cul en sac (road without exit). In just 2 minutes walk one can find the centre of Cala Ferrera and Cala d'Or with its shops, bars and restaurants.

The complex Osa Menor is situated ideally close to the centre of Cala d'Or where one can enjoy the many shops, bars and restaurants. Close to the complex are a children’s playfield and a supermarket.
Easy and free parking in front of the complex. Please contact us should you like to rent a car. We can offer cheap cars which can be picked up at the airport. Near Cala d'Or one can make excursions to many tourist attractions like the Coves of Drach, one of the water parks or the capital Palma de Mallorca. For those whom like to ride bike or making long walks; about 5 minutes drive from Cala d'Or is a natural park "Cala Mondrago". Close to Cala d'Or is a golf course called Vall d'Or.
