The Accommodation
The accommodation comprises on the ground floor of a master double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both having en-suite shower rooms. The well furnished lounge, with feature fireplace, has an archway leading to the dining room. From here there is a separate fitted kitchen having modern appliances. On the first floor, accessed by exterior stairs, there is another large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony. The villa is very comfortable, being furnished and equipped to a high standard and benefiting from ceiling fans in the living rooms. Entertainment is provided by Satellite TV, video recorder and a music system. Portable Air conditioning units are avaialble to hire (subject to availability).

Outdoors
Patio doors from the lounge lead to a covered side terrace and a large open sun terrace surrounding the 8m x 5m swimming pool, which has roman steps for easy access and a poolside shower. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is built in the rear of the garage. Patio furniture, sun beds, parasols and a portable BBQ unit are provided. Set in an enclosed plot with lockable gates the villa offers extremely good all round privacy. The mature ornamental gardens with numerous palms and shrubs to the front and rear plus sea views from the first floor balcony make this an ideal location for a quite relaxing holiday. Off road parking is available in front of the garage.

The Cala D'Or / Cala Egos area
Cala D'Or Villas
Our Cala D'Or villas are popular with families and friends travelling together. The sandy beaches with their turquoise water are safe for young children. The pretty coves and attractive pine-clad surrounding countryside lend to quiet relaxing days, whereas by night the main precinct in Cala D'Or offers a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants for evening entertainment. Many sports facilities are available, including tennis, sailing, horse riding, diving. Golf is available at the Vall D'or 18-hole golf course near the village of S'Horta.
Approximately 30km north from Cala D’Or is the resort of Porto Cristo where the famous Caves of Drach are located. Founded by the Frenchman Edward Alfred Martel, the Caves of Drach (The Dragon's Caves) are really immense.
The complex of caverns stretches for 1.6km and includes a series of underground pools. A sound and light concert across the lake provides a memorable finale. The amazing stalactites and stalagmites and endless strange formations are a site not to be missed.
Visit neighbouring Porto Petro, a Mallorcan village by the sea where waiters carry plates of delicious seafood across the road to the pavement café on the quay.
