Home description

This is a stunning two bedroomed garden apartment on a very pretty complex. The apartment is very light and airy set on a large corner plot. The apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout. The apartment has been fully refurbished in 2007 to a very high standard. This includes a new kitchen and two new bathrooms.

The apartment is ideally located within close proximity of local restaurants, bars and shops. The nearby beach is a beautiful little cove and very picturesque. Cala D'Or marina is a ten minute stroll away - sit and watch the yachts going out to sea and dream!!

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Mallorca is a truly beautiful island. There are many things to do if you can tear yourself away from one of the many enticing sandy coves. Palma is great for a day out either sightseeing or hitting the shops!! A visit to the Caves of Drach is a lovely way to spend half a day. There are many local markets on throughout the week. Two large water parks and Marine Land (the dolphin school is well worth a visit) are all within easy reach for a fun day out for all the family.


Cala D'Or / Cala Egos area

Cala Egos is a lovely area offering easy accessibility to supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants.
It is ideally located to give easy access to the vibrant resort of Cala D'Or with its fantastic restaurants, family bars, music bars and a few nightclubs.
The famous Cala D’Or marina (a ten minute walk) is a great place to eat by the waterside. Watch the yachts going out to sea and dream!!

The area with its beautiful sandy coves are perfect for a family holiday.

There are 7 beaches in total in Cala d'Or. 2 beautiful beaches within 5 mins walk, both sandy, sheltered coves with beach bars. All beaches are suitable for children and safe for swimming. The fantastic Cala Mondrago beach (national park area) is only 10 mins (local bus stop is only 100m), blue flag beach, picnic area, children's play area and pedalos available. Also pony trekking school in close proximity.


How to get there

Palma airport is about 45 minutes away. A taxi will cost approximately 65 euros.
A car is not essential but can be useful for exploring this beautiful island.
Cars/bikes can be rented 2 minutes walk from the complex.

The apartment was extensively refurbished during 2007 with a modern and contemporary finish. The entrance area leads to a large living room with three seater sofa (converts to comfortable sofa bed), armchair, coffee table. English satellite, DVD, CD player. Full A/C. Sliding patio doors lead out onto the large terrace with beautiful views of the private garden.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, wall lamps and A/C. Beautiful view of terrace and garden.

Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet, lamp, TV and A/C.

Bathroom 1 - Luxury en-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, shower, designer basin and wc.

Bathroom 2 - Shower room with shower, single wash basin and wc.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with integrated oven/hob/hood, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker (all kitchen utensils included). Breakfast bar .

The apartment is fully air conditioned and is very light and airy. The outside terrace area is fantastic. There is nothing better than relaxing there with a cold glass of wine watching the sun go down!

The apartment is beautifully furnished and ideally located for a fantastic family holiday.

The Living Room leads to large fully furnished terrace overlooking a beautiful garden. Terrace furniture includes table with six chairs and parasol. Two seater sofa and two chairs with coffee table and two reclining sun loungers. BBQ.

The apartment is situated on a stunning complex with a large swimming pool with a waterfall feature. There is a bar located in the centre of the pool which serves drinks and snacks during peak season. The complex also benefits from a tennis court and a volleyball court. The apartments themselves are located around beautifully landscaped communal gardens.

Each apartment has its own allocated parking space. Entrance to the complex is via security controlled gates.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of six people. No pets are allowed inside the apartment at any time. The apartment is strictly non-smoking.


Conditions

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required with your booking.
The balance of the rental is due 10 weeks prior to your holiday.

A £300 refundable deposit is required on booking. This will be returned in full within two weeks of departing the apartment subject to no breakages etc.

Saturday is the preferred changeover day but other days may be possible. Please contact the owner to discuss.
