The villa benefits from 7 pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious terraced with stunning vieus, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With 1double and 2 twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

BARS AND RESTAURANTS AND NIGHT LIFE
Cala D’or and Cala Egos are very much family resorts, however they can be as busy or as relaxing as the mood takes you.
There are lots of fantastic bars and restaurants to suit all tastes in both resorts.
The world famous Marina at Cala D’or offers many quality restaurants and bars overlooking the yachts that are moored there. The Marina provides the perfect backdrop whilst relaxing and enjoying your meal or having a quiet drink. The Marina is only 3 minutes away in a taxi or for those who enjoy the exercise 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
All in all too many bars and restaurants to mention!

SHOPPING

Wide range of shops in both Cala Egos and Cala D’or

The City of Palma is only 45 mins away by car where you can shop till you drop. Shopping in the city centre is Palma's answer to Regent Street in London, with the coolest shops on the island. There are plenty of designer shops but remember that this is Spain, and the shops close between 1.30pm and 4pm for siesta time.

Regular markets are held throughout the island. Most tend to start quite early in the morning (around 8am) and finish just after 1pm. Some of the larger ones are Alcudia-Tuesdays and Sundays, Andratx- Wednesday, Felanitx- Sunday and Inca each Thursday.

BEACHES

The resort of Cala D’or has seven small beaches with the nearest one 200 yards away from the apartment

Scuba Diving and Jet Ski hire available and speed boat rides from marina - approximately 30 Euros

Sport
A wide variety of sports and activities in the surrounding area including horse riding, cycling, motorbike hire, tennis, wind-surfing and scuba diving
There are numerous Golf Courses on the Island, 7 golf courses within a 10 to 55 minute journey by car and all offer the hire of golf clubs and trolleys etc –
The nearest is Vall Dor championship golf course (10 minutes) by car (or taxi.)

The Mallorca/Majorca region

The beautiful fashionable apartments of cala dor lies on the south east coast of majorca approx 40 mins from palma airport. Cala dor is a modern purpose built resort from an original village. the resort has now spread over approx 4km of small nearby coves and creeks. The resort still has the feeling of a small village. A large marina has a varied selection of shops,bars and restaurants. it,is the largest beach,near cala dor itself,a pine fringed cove with sunlounges,parasols and pedaloes which can be hired at these beaches.Cala d'or is known as the best shopping district on majorca,its main shopping street,avinguda tagomago,filled with chic boutiques,leather shops and galleries. Designer clothes and shoes,inparticular,are available at reasonable prices.

The apartment is situated at perfect location close to the beach, shops, restaurants, mini golf... and all the pubs are child friendly , all this just 2 minutes walking distance.
As well if you looking for night life you can find all the clubs and restaurants open to 6am just 5 min driving or you can get a taxi per 5€
Cala d'or is a delightful, chic resort situated on the South East coast of Mallorca. It boasts 7 sandy beaches lapped by inviting turquoise water, of which the largest is cala gran,all with fine white sand and clear shallow water. The larger beaches have good facilities offering watersports including sailing,windsurfing,and scuba -diving.Those wishing to venture further afield can take a (champagne cruise) along the coastline,ride a mini-train to picturesque cala mondrago with its two lovely coves,or take excursions to the villages of cala figuera,puerto petro.sa colonia de sant jordi or the isle of cabrera.The children can enjoy trampolines and mini go-karts at mallorcalandia,as well as mini-golf in the town centre.There is a golf course at VALL D'OR GOLF CLUB .
There are numerous adjacent smaller resorts and quaint villages clustered around the calas all along the south-east coastline,connected by a good bus serice

Palma airport is about 45 minutes away. A taxi will cost approximately £50 or coach from city centre will cost £4.50
A car is not essential but can be useful for exploring this beautiful island. Possible hire a car for less £100 a week.
Cars/bikes can be rented 2 minutes walk from the complex.
Direct flights from airports all arround the uk, good deals whit EASY JET, British Airways, Thompson and Ryanair.
