About the home

Situated in a quiet residential road just a few minutes walk from the entrance to the beautiful marina of Cala D'or. Villa Galio has been refurbished to a high standard.Modern, light, spacious with an infinity private heated pool.

The ground floor has a large open plan lounge / dining area / kitchen with concertina doors, which slide back, flooding the room with light, bringing the outside in.

Large roof terrace with covered seating area, downstairs large dining table and chairs, sunbeds surround the pool. Air-conditioning throughout, sky freeview sat tv, wifi. There is a large covered terrace with dining table and chairs. On the side of the property a football table.

There is a brick built BBQ and large sun bathing terrace with sunbeds.
Upstairs there is a larger roof terrace with soft seating, covered area with further seating.

Conditions

A damage deposit of 200 euros will be required. We accept cheques or cash, which is either shredded (cheque), or cash, transferred back within 14 days of departure. Normal wear and tear is taken into consideration. Confirmed bookings require a 20% deposit.
