About the home

A great villa near the beach in Cala D'Or. Casa D'es Pi Verd is in a quiet cul-de-sac close to shops and bars, cafés and playgrounds. The pretty beaches of Cala Ferrera and Cala Esmeralda are just a few minutes' walk away - with pale sand enclosed by rocky outcrops and pine trees, and beautiful turquoise water. The busy resort centre of Cala D'Or and the marina are also an easy 15-minute walk - or a quick ride on the seafront train.

On the ground floor there's a lounge-diner opening onto the pool, a kitchen with a breakfast table, an en-suite double bedroom and a wc/cloakroom. There are two twin bedrooms on the first floor, a family bathroom and a sun-terrace. The bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The garden is a great relaxing and party space with a pool surrounded by terracing, and a shady covered terrace with a barbecue and a pool table. The property also features a gated driveway.

Casa Es Pi Verd is a brilliant holiday base, an easy walk from everything in Cala D'Or. It's also just a few minutes' drive from Vall D'Or Golf, villages with fantastic markets, and a string of pretty coves with more hidden beaches.

The Cala D'Or area

Cala D'Or has grown from its fishing village origins and now boasts seven fine sandy coves with crystal clear water, all within a one mile radius. Highlights include a magnificent marina, an excellent selection of shops, superb restaurants, open air bars and an 18-hole golf course as well as many other sports facilities. A short coastal drive will bring you to a host of tiny and picturesque beach resorts and coves with fine white sand, known as "the calas". Our selection of villas here are ideal as you are within an easy stroll of teh lively beaches and the main square and pedestrian precinct with its' lovely selection of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.
