About the home

A stylish villa in Cala D'Or, near the marina and lovely beaches. Villa Sagitario is an elegant whitewashed house in a wonderful place - in a quiet residential area of Cala D'Or just a ten-minute walk from the waterfront, shops and restaurants.

The house is a modern version of a traditional Iberian design - the rooms are cool and bright and full of natural light, with white walls and terracotta-tiled floors. There's lots of space for a relaxing holiday with several families or a group of friends.

On the ground floor, there's a light and bright lounge and dining room with comfortable sofas. Full-height windows overlook the pool and double doors open out onto the terrace. The kitchen is new and well planned with lots of storage space and appliances including a dishwasher, an oven, hob and a microwave.

Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. There's a light double room with an en-suite bathroom, a single bedroom*, and a shower bathroom. There are three more bedrooms on the first floor - two lovely twin rooms, one with an en-suite shower bathroom and one which opens out directly onto the sunny terrace, which overlooks the pool. There's also a double room and a family bathroom with a bath and a shower. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds suitable for older children. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The pool and garden have been very well designed. There's a great pool, a shady covered terrace with cane verandah furniture, a lawn, a terracotta barbecue-oven, and a sun-terrace with benches and tables - a really lovely place to eat and talk into the evening.

Villa Sagitario is a wonderfully relaxing house for families or holidays with friends - the two ground-floor bedrooms make it perfect for two families to share the house and still have lots of their own space. Cala D'Or is a lovely seaside town and it's just ten minutes' walk away - with lots of cafés, restaurants and shops.

There are an amazing seven pretty beaches within a mile of the town and the Cala D'Or marina is one of the most glamorous on Mallorca. In this part of the island you're also close to traditional village life, just a short drive inland.

The Cala D'Or area

Highlights include a magnificent marina, an excellent selection of shops, superb restaurants, open air bars and an 18-hole golf course as well as many other sports facilities. A short coastal drive will bring you to a host of tiny and picturesque beach resorts and coves with fine white sand, known as "the calas". Our selection of villas here are ideal as you are within an easy stroll of teh lively beaches and the main square and pedestrian precinct with its' lovely selection of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.
