About the home

Villa Miguel Angel is located on the outskirts of the entrance to central Cala D'Or just a few minutes walk from the nearest supermarket as well as the beaches and resort centre of Cala D'Or. Set off a new upmarket residential street, Miguel Angel was recently built to a modern Ibizan-style with bright white walls and luxury-modern features throughout.

Inside, the house is compact and stylish and furnished to a very high standard with many modern features in every room. On the ground floor there's a wc cloakroom and an open-plan living room and kitchen separated by a stone archway. The living area is a wonderful place to relax, it is bright and airy with terracotta-tiled floors, high beamed ceilings and large French-windows leading to the garden. There are comfortable sofas and a feature stone wall down one side of the room with a built-in fireplace and a flat-screen plasma TV is uniquely built-in to the wall too, there's also a DVD and stereo. Through the archway is the modern kitchen with high quality fittings including ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and an American-style fridge-freezer. There is also a door to the dining terrace, garden and pool.
Marble stairs lead to the first floor where there are three bedrooms - two twin bedrooms and a master double with a plasma TV built-in to the wall, built-in wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom and access to a small private terrace with a laundry room. There are also steps from here to a large roof terrace with views to the hills and to the villages of S'Horta, Calonge, and S'Alqueira Blanca and the surrounding countryside. The two twin bedrooms are comfortably furnished and share a bathroom.
The luxury, contemporary finish continues outside where the terrace is furnished with a modern three-seat sofa, an armchair, a teak dining table and chairs and a built-in barbecue. The terrace has an automatic blind which can close overhead and to the side, almost creating an additional room for relaxing and al-fresco dining in the sun or shade and there's also ambient lighting and speakers from the stereo inside the house making the terrace a great place to unwind. The fully enclosed garden has a lawn area and terracing around the pool.
