The town also has an attractive restaurant quarter with a wide choice on offer; here you will find all cusines ranging from traditional tapas, steaks & ribs to chinese and indian. There are a number of exquisite coves and beaches located nearby,including the picturesque Blue Flag beach of Cala Mondrago National Park.

Set in beautifully landscaped gardens offering the choice of two communal pools with plenty of room and plenty of sun loungers.
All bed linen and bath towels (not pool towels) are provided and changed once a week. Apartment thoroughly cleaned and beds made up prior to arrival
There is a 25% non-refundable deposit required when booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure and a £200 security deposit is required which will be refunded on inspection of the apartment following your departure. The apartment should be left clean and tidy and vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure (unless otherwise agreed with the owner) Arrivals after 3.00pm
The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca has some of the most beautiful scenery in Europe. A visit to Formentor on the North coast is a must and on th east coast there are dozen of small coves with golden sandy beaches.
Mallorca may well be one of the most popular destinations in Europe but peace and quiet is never far away. You can drive to the mountains of the West coast and admire the beutiful scenery or stop for a picnic in the pine trees in perfect solitude.
Palma, is the island's cosmopolitan capital and has plenty of shops, boutiques and department stores.
There are several golf courses on he island: Mallorca is a paradise island offering something for everyone.
Mallorcan beaches are beautiful, it is fantastic for bathing, diving, water skiing, windsurfing, surfing. In fact there are so many things to see and do that I can mention them all here.
The Cala D'Or / Cala D'Or Marina area
El Puerto is located in Cala D'Or, in the southeast of the island. It is a modern tourist centre with a magnificent marina and a myriad of extremely beautiful coves and beaches. It is an exceptional holiday resort where you can practice all manner of water sports, relax in th cystal clear waters of the coves, play golf or wander around the pedestrianised streets where there are small shops, boutiques, restaurants and nightspots. The Marina has pleasant pavement cafes with sea views, where you can sample the delicious quisine.

Palma International Airport is 45 minutes away. The taxi fare from the airport is around 60 Euros one way. There is car hire at the airport (although it is best to book online prior to arrival to save time). Shuttle buses are also pre-bookable.
Car hire is recommended to experience other parts of the Island but not essential.

This was the first time we had booked an apartment and been to Cala'dor. I would definately go again. The apartment was very modern and clean. Everything had been catered for. The owner had provided plenty of information and contact numbers if needed. It was a beautiful, quiet complex. The pools were never full, in fact most days we had the pool to ourselves. I would recommend hiring a car. There are some beautiful coves and beaches. The Marina is a must for fantastic food.
