The welcoming apartment is a 70 meter walk fromthe lovely beach of Cala Gran and the small cove of Cala Esmerelda. It is a 5 minute walk into the delightful town of Cala d'Or and its many shops restaurants and bars. The stunning international marina is just 10 minutes on foot. Car hire is not really necessary due to the perfect yet peacefull location. An ideal apartment for familys or those wanting an active night life.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
The smart resort of Cala d'Or lies on the south east coast of the beauty island of Mallorca. It is approx 45 minutes from the Airport at Palma. There are many nearby sandy coves and creeks and the resort still has the feeling of small village. There is a large fashionable international marina has a varied selection of restaurants and shops. The largest beach is Cala Gran at the centre of the resort with fine white sand and shallow waters and rocky sides to the cove. Sun loungers, parasols and pedalos can be hired at the coves. Cala d'Or is known as the best shopping resort on Mallorca with the town filled with chic boutiques and galleries.
Cala D'Or area
Sunday morning market in the nearby town of Falanitx is well worth a visit, as is the Wednesday market at the lovely old town of Santanyi. There are numerous adjacent smaller resorts well worth visiting all connected by a good bus service this means visitors can make excursions to the delightful paces like Puerto Petro, Cala Mondrago, Cala Figuera, and Santanyi. A mini train runs throughout Cala d'Or in the summer linking the resort to many delightful coves including the pictrueseque and unspoilt protected area of Mondrago. There are lots of activities for children to enjoy and many water sports available. The nearby golf course of Vall D'Or is well worth a look for golfing enthusiasts.
