The centre of Cala D'Or is about a 10/15 min walk away as are the lovely beaches nearby. The private development is gated to ensure privacy. A communal pool /with childrens shallow end is provided with sun loungers for guests to use.The development has only 53 apartments all built to the highest specification the swimming pool is ideal for leisurely days.

A large spacious terrace. Lift access to apartment level , private parking on complex.
Has a lovely swimming pool for the exclusive use of the residents on the complex, there is also a shallow part which is designed for children, surrounding the pool are sun loungers and umbrella stands for guests to use. There are private gardens, with palm trees, which surround the whole of the complex.
A 25% non refundable deposit payable at time of booking. Balance required 6 weeks before travel (bank transfer). A damage deposit of 150 euros is also required on arrival.This is refunded on your departure day on handover of keys (minus any damage costs if any) For late bookings, full payment required at time of booking. Bookings that are cancelled after full payment is received a full refund will be given, minus the 25% deposit. prices advertised in british pounds but payment to be made in euros into spanish bank account.
The Mallorca/Majorca region
Travel, Palma de Mallorca airport is approximately 60 kilometres by road, Cala D'or is situated in the south east of the Island and just 45 minutes from the airport. Within 30 minutes are the villages of Calonge, Porto Petro, Porto Colom, Santanyi, Felantix.
As the largest Balearic island, Mallorca is also the most varied with stunning coastlines, mountains, wetlands, old walled cities and interesting unspoilt villages. An all year round mild and sunny climate, with frequent cool breezes in summer and beautiful clear days when it's already cold and wet in the rest of Europe.
There are approximately 20 golf courses in Mallorca and they are open all year round. Some of the closest are Val d'or a 10 minute drive away, this golf course is well worth a visit, even if only going to enjoy lunch, and to enjoy the stunning views it has breathtaking views, and is highly recommended. Cala Millor - Son Severa 9 hole course by the sea, 30 min drive.
Canyamel (18 hole par 73, sea views) and Capadepera Golf (18 hole par 72) challenging courses, approx 40 min drive.
Pula Golf (18 hole par 70) near Son Server - Capadepera featured on PGA European tour, on a luxury complex.
Lots of variety of restaurants to choose from within cala d or. Local regular road train stops near the complex.
Car hire is recommended to make travelling easier and is available to book online and pick up at the airport. But car hire is not essential. As everything you need is within walking distance.
in Cala D'or there are many shops, cafes & restaurants, banks are readily available including cash point machines. There are different main supermarkets to choose from.
Santanyi has a very good market on every Saturday.
There are many beaches, and cala's, a ten minute walk from the apartment which includes the beautiful beach of Es Forti. Ten minutes drive away is the stunning area of natural beauty the Bay of Mondrago with turquoise seas and shelving water, this can also be accessed by taxi, or local bus/open air train.
Further afield is the delightful area of Es Trenc which is a stretch of outstanding white beach with shallow waters.
A visit to the sant salvador monestry is worth a visit , even if just for the breathtaking top of the mountain views! it is literally just a 10 minute drive away.
Val d or golf club is another local place worth visiting, you dont have to be a golfer, the restaraunt is highly recommended for lunch or evening meal , and has stunning views of the sea and local ports.
