This beautiful, comfortable mansion lies a bit outside of the small postage town Petro Petro at the southeast coast between Cala Figuera and Cala D'or rural areas. In direct proximity is the Cala Mondrago as well as the nature park Mondrago.
The house is equipped with air conditioning system and enclosure approx. 190 qm living space on a plot of approx. 490 qm. In the ground floor you find the completely equipped kitchen and door hatch to the large living room with open fire-place, Sat tv, dining room. From the following terrace you have direct entrance to the private pool with sunbathing area around and a BBQ Area. On the ground floor are 1 double bedroom with a shower bathroom. In the upper floor is a further double bedroom with bathroom en suite and a terrace enjoying sea view. A double bedroom with small balcony and a fully equipped bathroom. In addition two roof terraces with wonderful view over the natural park Mondrago, to the sea.

Sunday morning market in the nearby town of Felanitx is well worth a visit.There are numerous adjacent smaller resorts and quaint villages clustered around the calas all along the south-east coastline,connected by a good bus service,which means visitors can make exursions to explore the delights of places like,puerto petro,cala mondrago,cala figuera,cala santanyi and cala Llombarts.
The cala d'or marina is the heart of the east coast resort area,attracting the fashionable yachting set. Cala'egos and Cala d'or has seven beaches of which the largest is cala gran,all with fine white sand and clear shallow water.
The larger beaches have good facilities offering watersports including sailing,windsurfing,and scuba -diving.Those wishing to venture further afield can take a (champagne cruise) along the coastline,ride a mini-train to picturesque cala mondrago with its two lovely coves,or take excursions to the villages of cala figuera,puerto petro.sa colonia de sant jordi or the isle of cabrera.
The children can enjoytrampolines and mini go-karts at mallorcalandia,as well as mini-golf in the town centre.There is a golf course at Vall dor Golf
Cala D'Or area
Porto Petro is a small fishing village with a little but most popular yacht harbour. Is it very near to the tourist resort Cala d’Or and only a few minutes away from the magnificent beaches and bay of Cala Mondragó. Sitting in one of the many restaurants along the waterfront you can enjoy the wonderful view over the bay and the sea. Besides the old main part there is a beautiful and calm residential area of high standard. This part of the village has grown during many years with wonderful gardens and lots of trees and plants. The golf course Vall d’Or can be reached in approx. 15 minutes. Palma and the international airport are approx. 50 minutes drive away.
Spectacular Cala Mondrago and Cala S'Amarador beaches only few minutes walk down the road. In low season you can take the car down. In high season road is closed, so SaVinya is the closest you get to the beach in high season! Mondrago Natural Park conservation area surrounds property.
How to get there
The easierst way to get to the property from the airport is by rented car or by taxi, the rental cars are available at the airport easier is when you rent one from at home by internet that makes the time to get it at the airport shorter. A drive with the taxi takes 40 minutes and the cists are aprox 60,-€ A rented car are available from 40,-€ onwards and a drive with the direction from the owner will take 45 minutes (the taxi driver are a bit quicker) :-)
