A pleasant U.P.V.C double glazed apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Living room with fireplace, lounge and dining furniture (6 chairs) overlooking lovely outside area of patio, gardens and pool. French windows leading to very large balcony with patio furniture.

Kitchenette with electric cooker, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer and microwave. Equipped with pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc.

Bed linen and towels are provided but clients must supply their own beach towels.

Perfect location for families and groups of friends.

Refunds will not be given against any breakdown of above mentioned facilities. All breakdowns should be reported to property management company, contact details to be found in the apartment.

Please note that we do not accept bookings from parties of young adults.

Cots, high chairs and welcome packs of groceries can be arranged at an extra charge.

The 5th bed is a camp bed and not a sofa bed. This is situated in the rear bedroom.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

The beautiful island of Mallorca has something to offer everyone. The pleasant climate of May and September is the perfect time to take a well earned holiday to unwind. During the summer months, the climate is stronger giving you lots of time to build the perfect tan and enjoy a day on one of the 7 fantastic beaches known as coves or "Calas" that Cala d'Or has to offer.

The capital city of Palma is a beautiful place to visit with tourist attractions such as the Cathedral or the weekly market - why not take a day out in this beautiful city.

There are many other excursions available to suit all tastes from market excursions to the Caves of Drach where you will experience a truly magical time. There are several water parks around the island to provide enjoyment for all the family or why not enjoy an evening of dinner and a show at one of the well known places such as Son Amar.

The island of Mallorca is so easy to explore with several options of transport for you to choose from. Buses run regularly around the island or perhaps you fancy booking an excursion giving you the opportunity to visit several attractions in one day. Alternatively, you can hire a car from one of the many car hire establishments or for the more energetic guest, bicycle hire is also available around the island

Cala D'Or

The centre of Cala Egos is little more than a 10 minute stroll away. There are bars, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. It has all the amenities of a modern resort with supermarkets with a variety of shops, banks and hotels. There are several clinics, doctors and pharmacies within a short distance of the apartment. The area of Cala d'Or is mainly low rise, so as well as the hustle and bustle you can enjoy quiet plazas, original buildings and churches and take pleasant strolls through secluded lanes to the local beaches. Here all types of water sports are provided. Also available locally are many activities such as golf, tennis, horse riding, cycling. There are many quiet off road tracks and paths you can explore on foot or by bicycle.

There is also a local bus service which runs up and along the East Coast throughout the day taking you to such resorts as; Porto Colom, Porto Cristo, Cala Bona & Cala Millor. The buses to Palma run several times a day for under 10 euros.

There are several markets which run throughout the week. One of our recommendations is the market of Felanitx which runs every Sunday morning. Another local attraction is the monastary of San Salvador which is only 15 minutes away by car where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the island.

For golf enthusiasts, there are 2 golf courses nearby. "Vall d'Or Golf Club" and "Son Antem Golf Club". Vall d'Or is a 15 minute drive away from the apartment. This 18 hole course has excellent fairways and greens and has some stunning sea views, especially on the first 9 holes. The club house is very well equipped with a large bar/restaurant area and a lovely big sun terrace overlooking the course and the sea beyond which is pefect for a relaxing drink after your round. Club hire, trolley hire and buggy hire can be organised at reception. There is a shop, a driving range and a putting green. The course is open 12 months a year, although booking your round in advance is advisable especially during the busier monhts. The golf and spa resort Club Son Antem is around a 25 minute drive away.

"Excellent accomadation"

We found the accommodation perfect for our stay in cala Egos. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The lovely pool right outside was wonderful, it almost felt like it was our own as it was so peaceful. Close to all amenities and a lovely beach, I would recommend Migjorn apartment to anyone.

"excellent"

Roomy, spacious, comfy beds and clean.
Close to all ammenties so a car not really needed..The pool is a good size set in very well looked after gardens.
We had a great week with lots of sun so spent most of the time sat on the big patio.enjoying a glass of wine or 2.
Vivienne (,owner) is helpful and charming, goes out of her way to make sure everything is just right foryour holiday
