El Puerto is a relatively new exclusive residential complex, completed in January 2007 and made up of six blocks of dwellings, all situated very near the sea, with views of the Cala D'Or Marina. The complex is immersed in a landscaped garden of local plants and also boasts a large residents swimming pool.
Our apartment is on the ground floor and benefits by having its own private garden. The apartment is furnished to the highest standards, boasting full facilities, inc Sat/TV & music systems, highchair and travel cots are available. The whole complex is closed off to the public ensuring complete privacy. The apartment is fully air conditioned.
EL PUERTO is minutes walk away, and also serviced via a lift to the marina level where there are an abundance of good restaurants and bars and the beaches of Cala D'Or are close by. This makes El Puerto one of the best situated, private and secluded complexes in the area.

Everything is supplied which you should need to make a perfect holiday. However, if there is something special that is required we will do our best to accommodate. For stays of two weeks there will be a mid-stay linen and towel change.

Large covered balcony, complete with dining table and chairs. There are also 4 sunbeds which can be used on the terrace or lawn. The gardens are maintained weekly. Sorry no Barbeques allowed.

A deposit of 30% of the whole rent has to be paid with the reservation. The balance has to be paid and received/cleared in our account 8 weeks before departure. Our cancellation policy is as follows:- Cancellation 10 weeks prior to departure Full refund. Cancellation 4-9weeks prior to departure 50% of rate refunded. Cancellation 3 weeks prior to departure 20% of rate refunded. Cancellation less than 3 weeks prior to departure No Refund.
Conditions
The shown rates per apartment include the costs for linen, towels, including beach towels, electricity and water. Bed linen and towels will be changed each week. A refundable deposit of £200.00 will be required and should accompany the final payment. This security deposit is required to reimburse the property owner in case of breakages, loss or damage to furnishings, bedding or keys etc. The security deposit will be returned to the Client within 14 days of the last day of the holiday providing the property management company does not report any of the above and the keys are returned. Clients will not be charged for what is considered minor wear and tear

Cala D’Or is a beautiful place at the south-east coast of Majorca, approximately 45 minutes drive from Palma Airport. Cala D'Or is ideal resort for families - in addition, for couples and Singles. Cala D’Or today is a modern purpose built resort that has grown from an original Majorcan fishing village.
The resort has now spread over approximately 4km of small nearby sandy coves and creeks. The largest of these coves is Cala Longa which has been developed into al large marina that effectively splits the resort in two parts.
The focal point of the town centre is a pedestrian zone around the area of Cala D'Or and Cala Gran, which has a varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Cala D'Or offers unbelievable variety at restaurants, bars and fashion shops - in addition, serves as ideal starting point for walking and cycle tours.
The Cala D'Or / Cala D'Or Marina area
Golf Information Playa Marina lies approximate 10 minutes (car) away from the golf course Vall D'Or Golf, one of the most attractive golf courses on Majorca. In addition, the golf courses Son Antem (east/west) or Capdepera are reachable by car very good - an ideal starting point for a pleasant and varied golf vacation.
