Our flat is located between two beaches Cala Antena and Cala Domingo only a few minutes walk. Within 5 minute walk you're in the commercial area of Calas de Mallorca which is within easy walking distance from the flat. where you have all kinds of amenities.
The flat is on the ground floor of a two story bungalow with own large private garden (the only large garden in the complex). There is large terrace ideal for al-fresco dining! In the communal areas you can find a tropical style pool, jacuzzi and gardens.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca boasts wonderful weather, with sunny days and an annual average temperature of 20 コC. The coast of Manacor has many stunning beaches and coves to visit, many of them with a snack bar or restaurant. More than 6Km of this coastline is almost virgin, and many locations have been declared sites of special interest. Mallorca takes a lot of pride in their beaches and therefore you will find they are very clean and well kept. European Blue Flags have been awarded to 3 coves in the area of Cales de Mallorca: Cala Antena, Es Domingos Gran and Es Domingos Petit.
Cala Antena area
In the Cales de Mallorca area you can find everything you may need during your stay. There is a doctor's surgery and a police station near by all year round, post office and doctor's surgery. In the peak season there is a tourist information office and many different shops, supermarkets, pharmacy as well as car rental and excursions.
Residencial Mirador Ses Cales development has a bus stop and 24-hour taxi services nearby, from where you can reach many important points around Cales de Mallorca. From May through to October there is a little train-like vehicle which for 1€ takes you straight to the beaches. Very handy for those of us who don't like walking too much.
Nothing is far away in the island, however the following places are not far at all from the flat:
PORTOCOLOM (7KM) PORTOCRISTO (10KM) CALA D'OR (10KM) A huge range of restaurants, shops and activities to do as well as a spectacular port. CUEVAS DEL DRACH (Famous caves. A MUST SEE) (10km) The coast is dotted with incredible beaches, small bays and coves many of which you could find within a short drive from the flat, CALA ROMANTICA, CALA DOMINGO, CALA MURADA, S'TRENC.
How to get there
The island is linked to the most important European cities by plane and also to the Spanish peninsula by ferry. The most common arrival points are the Son Sant Joan International Airport, near the capital city, and the ports of Palma de Mallorca and Alcudia.
A motorway is currently under construction, linking Palma and Manacor. However, until the motorway is finished, the 50 Km. trip between the two cities is undertaken via the C-715 road. From here, take the exit to the PMV-4014, head southwards and follow the signs to Cales de Mallorca, where Residencial East Mallorca is located.

Further details indoors: This is our second home and it's completely equipped with everything you need for your stay. Two double bedrooms (and beds) one of them on-suite. Both with air conditioning (cool & hot air). There is a living/dining room(with air conditioning) fully equipped with dining table, chairs, reclining chair, sofa etc, which opens up to the open terrace and garden. The kitchen is open plan and the shower room is off the kitchen.
What is really special about this flat is the large private garden. We have often entertained friends and neighbours here! It would be ideal for a family with children so the kids can play safely close by.
As well as the dining table and chairs in the living room we have a table and 4 chairs to set up in the terrace.
Our designated parking is at our doorstep, so it's very convenient for unloading the car after shopping or a day at the beach.
Further details outdoors: The flat is in a small and pretty complex where all the properties are no higher than two stories high. The communal gardens and pool area overlook a small clift so the view will never be blocked out by other buildings.

Please note that the months of November through April as it is low season the commercial area of Calas de Mallorca are not open. However Portocolom is only 7Km away (10 minutes drive) and it is open all year round with all the amenities one could need.

-Standard 30% deposit secures the booking. (Refundable only 8 weeks prior to arrival)
-A refundable breakages deposit of €200 is required and will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure, subject to satisfactory property inspection.To be paid 8 weeks before arrival date along with the final balance.
-A €50 discount is available for a 2 week booking.
-Cleaning costs per booking included
-You will be asked to inform us of your arrival and departure times prior to arrival so as to organize key delivery and collection.
-On your arrival you will be informed if we request you to vacate the flat by 10am on the day of departure.
