The owner owns the surrounding crofting area,so visitors are welcome to wander through miles of open hill land with magnificent scenery and wild life, the property bounders the river Halladale, a renowned for its salmon fishing, which can be arranged. There are also numerous local fishing lochs close by,for sport or just relaxing with a picnic.however if you prefer the beach,Melvich is just a short car journey away and has one of the most spectacular on the north coast. In every crag and cranny of the coastline can be heard a whisper of the past,a long forgotten tale........and also the beginnings of a new adventure, this is The Highlands.
