The property is ideal holiday accommodation for 2 families or a large extended family. Set in expansive tropical gardens it includes a lovely in-ground pool, BBQ and relaxing outdoor dining areas. In the afternoon kangaroos usually come down to the adjacent reserve which the kids will love.
Both the main house and studio are fully air conditioned and self-contained. The main house comprises 3 bedrooms sleeping 6-8, 2 bathrooms (the 2nd bathroom being a small shower room) and 1 separate toilet. The studio sleeps 2-4 and has its own bathroom, toilet and kitchenette.

The Queensland / Far North region
Clifton Beach is only 20 minutes drive from Cairns the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef. The city has an international airport and provides many different trips to the Great Barrier Reef, a must for all visitors to this region. Skyrail offers cable car trips to Kuranda (only 10 minutes drive from Clifton Beach) where you can have a full rainforest experience and only 25 minutes drive north is Pt Douglas, head up there for the Sunday markets and enjoy one of the most scenic coastal drives in Australia.

2 minutes drive from the home is a Clifton Village which has a great supermarket and other variety of shops. 5 minutes drive is Palm Cove that offers a wide range of different restaurants and bars. There are many other local attractions in this area ie: fishing, golfing, Cairns Tropical Zoo and of course the lovely beaches.
