About the home

Three bedroom fully self contained, air conditioned villas with private fenced yards (exclusive use grounds), situated one street back from beautiful Yorkeys Beach.

Perfect for walking the dog, swimming with the kids, or just taking a quiet stroll. Within walking distance to playgrounds, shops, restaurants, golf course and the Yacht club and just 15 minutes north of Cairns City.

These lovely villas are tiled and have been tastefully refurbished with a sofa that folds out to a double bed for extra guests. Comfortably sleeping 6 and able to accommodate 8 if using the fold out sofa.

The villas are fully fenced making them a family and pet friendly environment. Indoors, is all on the one level creating a wheel chair friendly environment as well!

Very private, lovely patio area with BBQ and storage shed (perfect for golf clubs, bikes etc) Excellent value for money.

But Cairns is only really the hub to the attractions of Far North Queensland.
