Caherdaniel is located on The Ring Of Kerry. Ocean Lodge is located on Lambs Head , a coastal scenic headland with Derrynane Beach and a pier, all within walking distance from the house.

The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated appliances and breakfast bar with stools. A combination of wooden floors and porcelain tiling throughout. The sun room is furnished with a red leather three piece suite and a cream leather corner suite in the raised lounge. Cream colour open fireplace.
TV , DVD, Video recorder and SKY cable satellite UK Channels. These rooms lead onto outside patio area with sea views through French doors.
The dining room has a glass dining table with 10 leather chairs. Variety of contemporary art on display throughout the house.
The utility room has a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Zoned oil fired central heating system with pressurised water system. Two bathrooms have whirlpool jacuzzi baths.
Further details outdoors: The outside of Ocean Lodge has several patio area which are fully equipped with a range of garden furniture and BBQ. The lawn is quite level and is fully enclosed with fencing and gates.
