Home description
The house is very convenient because it is arranged on a single level with 90 square metres of living space and a veranda of 20mq. The kitchen is very well equipped and very spacious. 1 double bedroom, and 1 comfortable triple bedroom , a large bathroom with bath and shower.
The garden is 700 square metres with a large car park. The garden is full of trees and flowers, there are also many children outdoor games (slide,swing, etc.) and an amaca. An outside table is also available for lunches and dinners overlooking the sea with unforgettable sunsets.
Located in the heart of the coast road to Villasimius, close to all beaches, entertainments, discos, water games, typical restaurants, spas, archaeological and historical sites.

The Sardinia region
Sardinia gives you a wide range of seasides and beaches for adults and children. The sea are clean and with amazing beaches. It is a very ancient land, the "nuraghi" are a proof of that, they are unique buildings made of stone which were built by Sardinians in order to live and protect themselves from their enemies. Sardinia's flora and fauna are very beautiful. Each little town of Sardinia has its own traditions and customs but it has a wide range of very good traditional food.
Main Festivals: in Cagliari: Sant' Efisio Holiday is on the 1st of May ( Sardinia folk groups and folkore dancing), 25th of April Fiera Campionaria ( exhibition of traditional and modern manufacture of Sardinian business)
Cagliari / Capitana area
In the coast road going from Cagliari to Villasimius you can visit the most amazing seasides by the Mediterranean sea.
From the1st of June to the 30th of September in Poetto beach in Cagliari there are many entertainment but also in the town centre of Cagliari; in July and August shops are open all night.
In Cagliari you also can visit the Anfiteatro Romano and San Michele castle with an open theatre. Oristano: in middle of February or at the beginning of March ,Sartglia manifestation.It is during the carnival week, it is a horse race with the aim to get a star hanging from a rope.

Shops 2.5 km, open market in via San Benedetto, in Quartu S.Elena ( CA) at 14 km; at 2,5 km post office, pharmacy, church, baby parking, tourist port of Capitana where you can do fishing tourism, boat letting,snorkelling and diving excursions, mountain bike, trekking, canoa, golf. At 10km Thalassotherapy.

Surprise welcome dinner (meat or vegetarian choice). Linen and consumption are not included but it can be provided on demand. Animals are not allowed. In the prize is not included water, light and gas consume.
Conditions
To confirm the reservation:
- on booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount, within 4 days we need the payment confirmation but within 10 days the receipt of the bank payment (in order not to lose the priority of reservation).
- we ask for personal details and then we send you the contract to be signed and to be send it back to us (via email)
- on the arrival you pay with cash (euros are the only currency accepted) and then deposit is € 100 to be returned if you don't damage anything.
