Flumini, 10km east of Cagliari on the coast road to Villasimius and 1.5km from the beach is this ground floor apartment ideal for one family or friends. Comprising: living room, dining room, kitchen, sun lounge, utility room, two double bedrooms, occasional bedroom suitable for children and bathroom. It has an outdoor veranda furnished with table and chairs plus an additional paved terrace, outdoor sink and BBQ. The whole is set within private gardens of 1800sqm and parking. Flumini is 25km from the airport of Cagliari with direct flights from Luton with EasyJet. The main beach of Cagliari is the Poetto which is approx. 5km away where you will find a wide choice of bars, restaurants, pizzerias and children's playgrounds as well as a funfair and 7.5km of sandy beach. It’s about 15km to the centre of Cagliari where you will find all the attractions this major city has to offer but travel in the opposite direction for 20km and you will be in the middle of the mountain range known as the Sette Frattelli (Seven Brothers). Other local attractions include, aqua park, golf course, tennis courts, rock climbing and of course, water sports.

The Sardinia region

Cagliari is the capital of the Sardinia region. Other than being the major sea port for transportation in and out the island, it is the centre of political government,university and business in general.
A 9 km. long sandy beach stretches from Cagliari till it reaches the dramatic coastline extending to Villasimius. This road has some stunning scenic views of the sea and numerous tiny, intimate beaches you might want to stop by for a relaxing sunbathing session or for a swim. The villa, located along this road, is just 1.5km from one of these small beaches, and 2.5km from the marina of Capitana.

Cagliari has an active nightlife and also offers a vast array of restaurants (try the fish accompanied with a local white wine), pubs and bars. And for those who enjoy a little retail therapy, the city centre offers a full range of shops from designer boutiques to locally crafted goods.

On the first floor is a 2 bedroom apartment also available to rent which benefits from a private veranda. Renting the villa as a whole (both apartments) is an ideal solution for the larger family group or friends and benefits from a discounted rate. Enquire for further details.

Outside is a large terrace with BBQ and dining furniture for 10 people and ample outdoor lighting. Surrounding the villa are fruit trees and ornamental plants extending 1800sqm . The gardens are shared with the apartment on the first floor when it is occupied.

Conditions

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable two weeks before departure. A refundable damage deposit of 200 pounds (or euro equivalent) should be given to the key holder on arrival plus 50 euros for the final cleaning.
